5 starsWhere do I even begin? My wife and I recently purchased our very first home, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with **** Galligan as both our lender and real estate agent. From start to finish, the entire process was as smooth as we could have ever hoped ******** many first-time buyers, we were unsure how wed make a home purchase work, especially when it came to down payments and closing costs. But the moment we connected with ****, he put us completely at ease. His knowledge, transparency, and encouragement turned what felt like a daunting process into something manageable and even exciting. We went from pre-approval to escrow in just 7 days!Escrow can feel overwhelming with all the documents flying at youbut not with ****. He took the time to walk us through every single form, answered every question (no matter how big or small), and was available whether it was 9 a.m. or 10 p.m. His communication was incredible.Viewing homes was just as seamless. **** truly listened to what we were looking ****** found us the perfect home. 5 stars**** was a godsend. He helped me purchase my first home. He made all my dreams come true. He was so professional and kind and caring. He walked me through step-by-step. He made sure that I knew everything that was involved in the homebuying process. He also helped me build my credit score so I could be approved for the home that I dreamed of. I am so blessed to have met **** and he became my realtor. I was so scared but everything he told me to do Ifollowed. **** Is the best man for the job You will have a wonderful experience even through the stress he stayed calm and collective. Even with todays high-interest rates, he managed to offer a competitive rate that was significantly lower than other lenders I had consulted. Excellent company. Mr ********************** refinanced my home in January 2024. 500 back to my escrow. 2 months 0 payments. 5.75 percent 30 year fixed... I highly recommend him and his company for all your financial needs...Galligan Funding Group
