      The helmet I purchased from sena technologies was too small. I have contacted customer service trying to get a resolution but it takes between days and weeks for them to get back to me. My preferred resolution would be to get a refund for the helmet I am also willing to return the helmet. For a refund.

      I purchased a helmet with sena outrush blue tooth. It will not update and is not working correctly. I contacted tech support at sena. We tried for weeks to get the helmet to update and failed. Then tech support stopped responding to my emails. The helmet is defective and needs to be replaced or my money refunded.

      In the past two months, I have purchased three SENA motorcycle communication devices. Two of the devices are SRL 2 comms unit, and the third is an Outrush R helmet with communication. None of the three devices are functioning as advertised or as described in the owners manuals. Two errors are 1) the devices will not stay connected to the bluetooth radio and 2) the music sharing feature does not work. Regarding item 1), if the radio connectivity is interrupted by an alert on my phone, the device will not play music after the interruption. The device remains connected, but music will not stream. The only fix is pull off the road, turn off the motorcycle and the device, then restart the motorcycle, then restart the device. Regarding issue 2), the devices say, "Music Sharing On" but music does not stream between the headsets. There is a third issue which is strictly a quality concern. The wind static through the speakers at speeds above 50 MPH is so loud the we cannot maintain intercom connectivity. The wind static is defining and the only solution is to turn the microphones off, stopping the rider from communicating openly with passenger. I have attempted to communicate with SENA customer service three times. The first attempted communication was on May 25th. SENA has not responded to my communication attempts, other than to provide an automated response stated that my concern has been received.

      I purchased Snowtalk 2 Snow Sports Bluetooth Communication System 2 on Feb 8, 2023. I tried to use them, and they are defective. They do not sync to each other. I tried working with their chat support which was useless. I asked to speak to a manager. They said no. I called and was directed to voicemail with no answers. I bought this on their website. It is a scam company.

      Received Sena Technologies Inc products that were out of the box defective from direct online purchase from them. Contacted company immediately, after several days they issued a RMA for the defective items but refused to pay for shipping or a location to bring the merchandise for return. Seeking reimbursement for shipping fee of defective items.

      Because of the pandemic we did not travel anywhere for several years on our motorcycle. We purchased brand new Sena communicators and had trouble with one of them from the beginning and had to keep pushing reset to get it to work. I contacted Sena and asked for them to replace it and that is what they said we should doso on the few rides we took the communicator would work after pushing reset. This year when we finally took a real trip on the bike, the communicators had huge issues. One would not work at all and one was only partially functions. So, while the communicators are a few yeas old, in totality they were used only a few times. This particular communicator has horrible reviews online and everyone says that they are defective and that Sena should do a recall and replace them. I have tried and tried to get help from Sena and just get blown off. Seriously, Sena should at least fix my communicatorsfor the huge price we paid, they should be functional for more than a few trips. It appears on the BBB site that with an F rating, that Sena does not care about customer service at all so really, we need to try to encourage people to help file a class action lawsuit for this communicator.

      Purchased a Sena R2 EVO road cycling helmet on 8/13/2022. On the Sena website, and in chapter 8 of their user manual, the helmet is described as having hands free/voice command capability and dedicates chapter 8 of the user manual on how to use the voice command features. When I tried to use the hands free/voice command features, they did not work. I contacted Sena to assist and ******** at Sena indicated that this helmet does not have hands free/voice command capability. She specifically stated "Voice command is no longer available for recent productions of EVO line." When I asked for a partial refund on the helmet, since it was marketed with the these features, my request was declined. I like the helmet and all of the other features, but feel that the money I spent on the helmet was for a full feature set and Sena is no longer making it that way but continues to market it differently.

      I purchased a Sena Technologies 30K motorcycle intercom system a few years. The unit costs $200.00+. Last week the rubber dust cover that protects the charging port from dust and moisture detached from the unit. Without this rubber dust cover the unit is essentially useless because dust and moisture will damage it. On July 26, 2022, I contacted customer support via internet chat on the company's web site and spoke with ******. At that time a reference number was provided ******. I told ****** I wanted to PURCHASE a replacement dust cover. ****** provided factually incorrect information by saying the unit need to be disassembled to be repaired. So, I believe, on the following day I spoke with ********** **********, by telephone *************). ********* reviewed the prior chat conversation and said he would contact the warehouse. After no contact, the following day I called and spoke with another representative who said ********* was unavailable but would check on the part. Another day passed without contact from Sena or its representatives.It seems this company does not want to provide service to devices older than 2 years old, which I believe is the warranty period. The unit would be replaced if the warranty was in effect for this snap-in piece of rubber. And when something as simple as a dust cover fails, perhaps costing the company may be $0.10, they suggest buying a new device at over $200.00. During the first conversation with ******, she suggested buying an after market dust cover that would not block dust or water from the unit because of its unique shape resulting in the need to purchase a new unit.Perhaps, ten, or more years ago, Sena had an office in ********, ********** managed by *************. I went to that office once and there were parts everywhere, literally. Tables, floors, everywhere. It is unreasonable to assume that Sena does not have access to this small piece of rubber that protects this delicate and expensive device.
