I have ACL service through qlink. Unlimited data, calls, texts. My data was cut off so I called qlink. I was told that I would have to purchase more data. My unlimited data is covered by the government program ACL. This is a scam.

I was doing some research regarding options for my cell phone service. Advertising stated free SIM card and free phones. I entered some information expecting to get information about their program. The consequence was that my *** was transferred from my internet provider (Xfinity) to Qlink and I was charged for monthly service by Qlink (I have since had this part resolved by having service turned off and the billing reversed). Their advertising led me to believe that phone service with Qlink could be potentially free and that I would receive information. This was extremely misleading.I did not expect this or express interest in moving my *** to Qlink for any reason. Now I am NOT getting this applied to the cost of my internet with Xfinity. The company (Qlink) says they can do nothing to transfer this benefit back to where it belongs. And my internet service provider says that Qlink needs to transfer this back and that they can do nothing. I have been trying to resolve this issue to no avail, and now I have had to pay the extra to Xfinity that the program was supposed to cover, for last month and this month with my internet provider. This has caused a serious problem for me financially. I just want my *** back where it belongs (with Xfinity) and I want restitution for the service that Qlink is incorrectly billing the *** program. It should be going to Xfinity. I find their (Qlink) advertising methods to be misleading, and their acquiring of my *** benefits fraudulent.
