    There is absolutely customer service!! They provide you with different phone numbers all of which leads you to nowhere land! I have written to them.only to get a reply that they are working on a resolution and once again, giving me a useless phone number! Please know, I never completed an application and they enrolled me in something that I have zero interest in!!! They have totally messed up my billing with my current cable company!

    Empty campaign promises. They offer rewards to switch to their wireless program but you never received the rewards

    It's been 3 days and I've been trying to get a hold of someone over the phone to transfer my number to another provider and still no answer. All I need is my account number and pin and even that is difficult to get a hold of. Besides that I'm supposed to have unlimited data and text and they blocked my messaging saying I exceeded my messages. I do not recommend this company at all.

    They cancelled my service because they said i switched carriers that was a LIE

    They said they sent me out a tablet back in June of 2021 and I never got a tablet. I even asked them as to why they charged me $10 when I didn't have service with them.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if you can even get through.
