I signed up for a membership with this Pilates studio that required a 3 month commitment and a 30 day cancellation in writing. I cancelled on 12/30/23 since my 3 months would be up on 1/30. Received acknowledgment of the email and a text acknowledging my cancellation. They did NOT cancel my membership and then charged me $259 for the month of February. I contacted them and the manager said I had not cancelled properly which when I pointed out the email I had sent and the date, she then proceeded to check and emailed me back saying she would refund me. Then two days later I get another $15 charge for a no show to a class! I emailed them again stating that this was supposed to have been cancelled and to refund me the money. They responded again with stating that my membership was not cancelling until the end of February, when the manager was supposed to have not only cancelled it two days earlier but also refunded me the membership they charged. I cannot keep getting chargers to my card, this is a financial burden on me and its costing me to incur interest fees which they, of course will not reimburse me for. Please help me make them stop this. I had read in their Yelp reviews that they have done this to other customers but had hoped they learned from their previous mistakes. I was wrong.
