    The front desk staff are very rude and unresponsive. They dont respond to phone calls and direct you to the voicemail and they dont call back. I tried to cancel my membership while on freeze as my contract stated that I could cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice. They declined and asked me to activate for another month then submit another 30-day notice. I sent them my contract via email and asked them to highlight the verbiage that states that the account cant be canceled with 30-day notice while on freeze. They didnt respond to my question via email nor a call back. I disputed with my bank to block the unjustified charges and they just send me auto emails to pay late fees now and dont respond to anything else. The receptionists are not helpful in person as they divert you and say there is nothing they can do without a manager, and managers conveniently ignore you. This is a very unethical business practice to make up new rules and not respond to clients.
