    Awful company. I was denied a price adjustment for an online order for a damaged item that came from Dicks Sporting goods due to this company having a bad report on me. I have very minimal returns, I do not meet a fraudulent profile and will also be joining the class action lawsuit.

    I was trying to return unused flooring that was just outside the return window I had a receipt and was offered a store credit. It was denied. All of these items were new and still carried at Floor and Decor. This is such a scam.

    My ******** went to do a return at ********* Since some items were passed the 30-day return window, we were offered a gift card instead. But were then told the return was declined & we had to call Return Activity Report. The return was over 30 days because their downtown store closed out, where we had tried the return a week earlier.At this point, my wife spoke with a very unpleasant old man named *****. He was clearly reading off a script and mumbling his words. When my wife, who is Colombian, got confused, he made racist comments to her. So we ended up making two different trips, out $200 bucks, and having to deal with a racist old man.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE VIOLATING YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS. REQUESTING IDENTIFICATION FOR RETURNS WITH RECEIPT NOW IN 2023! THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL IN CERTAIN STATES. PLEASE DO NOT INFORM RETAILERS OF IRREGULAR POLICY.

    First, I never had an issue returning items as long as they werent worn and I had receipts and returned them before the time I had to return. This is crazy. We as buyers should be able to return any and all purchases as long as we have the receipt and we used a CC. If there are terms and conditions that I didnt read or dont know about, then please let me know, dont deny my return. Let me know as a 1 time warning so we know we cant do this in the future. This is like the retailer is having control thats not a good way to do business.

    I understand the need to flag refunds that could be stolen merchandise or abuses, but I ordered over $4,000 in drapery hardware from Bed Bath Beyond - items not available in store. I returned ****** of the extra DRAPERY RINGS the week everything arrived (about 1.5 weeks after purchase) and they rang it as no receipt - not because i did not have a receipt - I did - for all of it - in my hands printed and on my phone - but because they were having trouble because the *** was not an in store item. Store Manager knew how to handle and refunded my credit card. I then purchased in store, for home delivery, a $300+ Breville oven - not in stock in store. As I walked out, I realized it was the wrong one. I actually RETURNED something (they could not cancel order two minutes or less later) and purchased a MORE EXPENSIVE one - and that return apparently FLAGGED ME because of that and the prior return.This system does not look at your total expenditures, the date from purchase and whether or not it's within policy - nothing. I got my report and all of my returns show WITH RECEIPT except for the stupid curtain rings. I am now banned from returning for 180 days. Guess what Bed Bath Beyond with your poor CFO committing suicide over financials and your stores closing - I'm not shopping there now. You have got to bring more analytics into your system or move to a new one. The Retail Equation might be saving you from a few ***** thefts, but after that humiliating and infuriating experience - including the store manager getting tearful because she knows me and knows this was INSANE and could not override it....I donated my items to be returned to a good cause and moving my business elsewhere.
