    MySpaCover was one of a dozen cover makers Ive contacted in the last year to build a two piece nine foot square cover. The others would not or were difficult over the phone. MySpaCover built mine and shipped it to me within 2 weeks of my order. Ive owned spa covers for 30 years, this is by far the best one! **** was a pleasure to work with and returned calls and emails promptly.

    They confirmed quickly that I had the shape and measurements correctly. Then delivered way sooner than expected an as ordered cover. Would order here again.

    After missing a message on ****** and our order getting cancelled, myspacover reached out directly to me to get my order taken care of. They rushed our order since our first one got cancelled. Our cover fits perfectly! So happy with it!

    Due to 3 to 4 severe hailstorms, this is my second time using My Spa Cover, 2018 & 2024 - both experiences were amazing. The communication is top notch. I placed the order 10/21/11 and received the top 11/11/24, super-fast. The weather shield top is very sleek, I love it.

    placed an order for a cover on a Friday, emailed them Monday morning to cancel and tried to call several times. No response. Emailed again, no response. Then get an email cover has shipped and you should have a tracking number, of course no #. Emailed back said cancel the order, they send an e mail with a date to pick up from them, 11/20/******* wich that is B.S. Now asking why I want to cancel.This place is not legitimate. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE.

    Worst customer service ever. 2 weeks after placing order I got an email stating I need to pay $50 more because my straps are longer than standard. I replied ny email to clarify the issue. Never got a response. Sent 4 additional emails over 3 weeks and no response. Called customer service 5 times and no one ever answered. Finally sent email to customer service telling them to cancel my order and they finally called me. It has been 5 weeks and they never even started production of the spa cover. I canceled order and got a refund...which is allegedly going to process within 10 days!!! What????Stay far far away from this company.

    I placed my order for a new cover August 23rd and received Tuesday, Sept 29th. I opened the box to inspect it as there was hole punched in the top edge. When I ordered the cover I paid to double wrap the core and as the damage to the box occurred on the zippered edge I decided to unzip the side of the cover. I was relieve to see not damage had been done but I noticed that the core had not been double wrapped as ordered (I double checked the order). I immediate sent an email to their support mailbox as I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone at the toll free number and was not able to leave a voice message as the voice mail box was full. I finally reached someone on 9/13 who asked me to email again, to include photos, and advised me that someone from their production team would get back to right away. It's been a week, I've called them roughly 60 times and NEVER reached an person again. I am now contacting my ******************* and opening a dispute as I did not receive what I ordered. I even sent them one last email today advising them that unless I heard back from someone by 12 tomorrow 09/19, I would be taking action. So far there has been no response.

    My cover fit perfectly. **** was my contact person. She was patient with me and helped with all information I needed to make a difficult decision. And the free shipping was the icing on the cake ?? My sincere thanks *********

    ******** with Myspacover was very diligent in ensuring the dimensions of the cover were correct. She followed up with me during each step of the process including post delivery follow up. The cover was delivered promptly by ************ and the driver was very helpful. The cover fits well and I treated it with spa cover conditioner. Looks great!
