    Bought a protective cover for my spa cover. The spa cover appears to be sufficient, but the protective cover disintegrated in about 9 months. I called Myspacover customer service and was told the item only has a 6-month warranty and I can only leave a review up to 1 month after purchase and the item should last more than a year. One of the handles unraveled and upon further inspection, most of the seam cover stitching also has disintegrated. Then noticed the material the spa cover cover was made from was brittle and when removing the cover, to service the hot tub, it ripped a 1-inch slit. This item is a COMPLETE waste of money ($49 on sale). Too bad I can't leave photos. A cheap tarp would provide just as much service.

    The cover is FANTASTIC ! The quality of the material is outstanding. The fit is correct, it is a very good purchase.

    Do not trust their model number search. They had the wrong dimensions associated with the model number I have and were not able to correct the issue. So now I'm stuck with an expensive cover that doesn't fit.

    Do not buy anything from this company. They say they have a warranty but they do not. We have a tear in the seam of the cover and theyre unwilling to repair it. The cover is less than a year old. I inquired with customer service sent photos and requested the fix. After nearly 2 weeks of email exchange they offered to send new foam inserts which didnt even make sense. Then we were told that the tear was from lifting the cover off so they dont cover the repair in the warranty.

    Cover is waterlogged after 6 months. Bought the thicker double wrapper model. If it lasts another 6 months I will be surprised. 5 year warranty is not going to be honored. Apparently you can't use it outside or with any chemicals.

    Terrible company, even worse customer service. We needed to return a spa cover lift. Every time we called we were told something different (no refund, refund but pay for shipping, full refund, etc). After being told to ship it ourselves and they would refund the lift+shipping, we have now received neither and the company has the cover lift back. This is unethical and whenever we ask to talk to someone else/management we are told they are busy on phone. We just want our money back and to be done with this company. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

    Horrible customer service, emailed them numerous times, without a response. Havent received my cover and they wont tell me why its been sitting in a warehouse 3 hours away for over 3 weeks.

    This company wont back up their cover and its not even a year old. I had it for a for a short time and underneath the cover started bubbling up , large bubbling it looks so odd. I had my last cover for years and this never happened !! They are saying its due to excessive chemicals!! I use less chemicals on this cover than I ever used on my old one. This is NOT from chemicals and they wont back their cover up. And for them to blame the chemicals when I use shock when needed and bromine tablets and those things are common hot tub chemicals. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

    False advertising on their website. Now they are trying to charge me for shipping at the same cost as the cover, after I paid full amount including shipping. 100% guarantee and their free shipping promise is a joke. **************** is not helpful, I have asked to speak to a manager and just got a runaround. Look somewhere else for a cover!

    Don't count on them to stand behind their warranty even though the advertise a "up to 5 year" warranty.I tried to file a claim (there is no official path) with support and after 3 weeks of back and forth (and supplying pictures upon request) they flat-out stated that it was my fault and I mishandled the cover. Like I didn't see that coming:-)The problem is the workmanship of the seams and the quality of the material. We have quite a bit of stormy weather in our area but we are not talking about hurricanes. And nothing ever hit the cover other than rain and sunshine. A cover like this must be designed to take that kind of beating else it is useless from the get-go. I had gotten the double wrapped foam inserts and they seem to be holding up. I was only trying to get the skin replaced since the seams started ripping near the handle (on both sides) and surface material at the end of the centerfold wearing off in one spot.Since this cover is a little over 2 years old now, the $400 I paid for this was way too much.Also... they tell you that you can't patch anything yourself otherwise you void the "warranty", Well... I guess I go patch up the problem areas now that I've officially been told that they will not honor that warranty:-).
