    I am very happy to leave a positive review for Seniors. Com. I was assisted by May with my issues. She was awesome! She was helpful, polite, professional and she took care of my issue very quickly. She also gave me a follow up call to make sure I understood what was going to happen. May was so thoughtful.     I cannot praise and recommend highly enough Senior.com and its incredible employee, May. I had purchased a rollator which arrived quickly. When it arrived, I was not ready in my recovery to use it. So five weeks later I opened the box and proceeded to put it together. Immediately the parts of the rollator felt like a quality purchase. However there was a small but major defect which made the rollator impossible to assemble. The next day I emailed Senior. Immediately (and I mean within the hour), I received a response from May. By the end of the day May had identified the problem, contacted the manufacturer, and promised the new part to be shipped. The part arrived by Fed Ex the next afternoon. Simply incredible. Oh yes, the rollator is beyond fantastic.

    I order a lumbar pillow however what I received was the wrong item. I called and spoke with Ann, she was very kind and helpful. It took a buch of emails back and forth and I received the proper lumbar pillow within one week. I am very happy with my pillow and the customer service I received.

    I bought a support belt and it took over one month. I contacted them over and over and Senior would not contact me. I will never order.

    after reading the warranty page says 30 days money back I figured I have nothing to lose, but after discussing it with my dentist a reading up more on it I realized they had another page on the warranty that says if you don't accept the package which we all know doesn't require stocking fee because you simply change the shipping label and put another label on it. they will charge return shipping and up to 45% restocking fee. so I called maybe an hour after ordering it they would not cancel. they said just refuse delivery. which they still charged me $44 and some cents. after I was promised a full refund. To put such a thing in your warranty on a separate page where it can not be easily found to refuse delivery and still get charged 45% restocking and the shipping fee is a sign that they are expecting that and are covering themselves to the teeth. the reviews are not all good there are some pissed-off customers in there and I bet the satisfied ones are made-up reviews. I bet my life on it. A total scam

    I ordered a replacement remote from Senior.com on 9/21/24. They said 2-3 business day delivery. Today (10/4/24) I still do not have the remote, Item name was a Golden Technologies Remote for Lift Chairs with Twilight - Comfort Zone 5-Order placed: 9/21/2024, 2:11:41 PM I kept inquiring and got no answers. I ordered a new one today from another vendor and cancelled the remote from Senior.com. I'm very bitter now. I would rate them ZERO if that was an option.

    I wanted to purchase a lumbar support pillow, and I saw one I liked on the Senior web page. Another company offered a lower price, and I clicked on an online chat to see if Senior could match it. I reached *****, who checked the other company's web site but since the photo on the other web page wasn't identical to the photo on Senior's, ***** had to do some research to ensure the items were the same. He said it might take as long as 24 hours, but he would try to expedite the process. He called me back in less than an hour with the good news. He let me know that Senior would indeed match the lower price, and he completed my purchase. I am so pleased with *****'s diligence and persistence, making sure that I could get the lower price. He was courteous, professional, efficient and so helpful. Excellent service, and a great price for the exact item I wanted.
