    I purchased Carex ****** glides with brake. I was told I would receive them in a week. That was 11/26/22, today is 12/6/22 and nothing. Now I am being told that there are backlogs in Asia. I did not but from an ************** I only want my money back.

    I placed an order with senior.com on 10/19/2022 and haven't received my order. I spent $44.95 on Nileeva micellar wipes and the ***** tracking says it hasn't left their warehouse. I have emailed them, several times and have received zero responses. I feel they took my money and ripped me off. If I could give them zero stars, I would! The dummies even requested I give them a review on my purchase...how am I supposed to do this, when I've never received my order? DUH!!!

    Our deepest apologies thsi order did not arrive. The manufacturer ended up discontinuing this item and we ran out of stock before your order came in. You did receive a full refund on 11/15. Thank you

    A month after ordering a cane, it never arrived. Called "help" number and got a grumpy old man. These guys are a total scam. Don't give them your money, you will regret it.

    If there were a negative star rating for this business that's where my rating would fall. I placed an order over a month ago and their contact email is a "do no reply" type so you're not getting anywhere with that if you haven't received the product. Luckily my order was under $20.00 but the amount doesn't matter. It's the idea that they are ripping off seniors.

    Senior.com is a Scammer!! I never recieved my product either as everyone else. I never was able to get in contact with anyone either.. Tracking number is non existent. Someone should shut them down using seniors!!
