Way back I had my solar panels installed by OC Solar, which they have done great job with pricing and customer service. Now, when I had ******* changed, I called them back for removing the panels and installing back. Again, the customer service and the service was very good and all the employees I spoke were very kind. I even recommended some of my friends and they are even happy.

I contacted six different installers and realized factors such as pricing, financing options, and customer reviews made it even harder to decide because they were all similar. The one thing that stood consistent with OC Solar was the responsiveness of their sales ***** ************************** Without naming their competition, some companies Ive had to cycle through multiple sales reps because they would either complain about having to make changes to their estimate or simply because I had too many questions. ************************* made himself available at all hours of the day and made sure ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed. He also explained that if at any time during the process I wasnt getting the response I needed from other departments, he would go up-to-bat for me that he did. He is the BIG reason I decided to go with OC Solar. After signing the contract and committing to OC Solar, ******** proved to stay true to his word. ******** followed up with Financing for me after a few weeks of ignored emails and phone calls from them. Experiencing something similar with Engineering, ******** jumped in again. Comparing the recommended panel placement and what I saw with my naked eye from shade on the roof, I had concerns that I wouldnt be getting the best ROI. Their software didnt take into account surrounding buildings and trees that would pose a problem until that was adjusted on their software. ******** made the adjustments and worked with ***************************** to determine the best solution which I was happy with. From there, ******** kept me posted on the remaining phases of the project and with the help of ************************* in Permitting, they were able to get all the requirements from the city to move forward with the project faster than I had expected. ************************* went above and beyond my expectations and people like ***************************** and ************************* who worked behind the scenes also proved to be very valuable.OC Solar
