      I have rented a storage unit and since the day I moved in I have been harrased and they went as far as to do something to my lock and try and tell me I did it so they could have a reason to make me move out. The manager is profiling myself and my son he makes it a habit to come and make things bad for me I honestly am a hard working mother in a very bad relationship and am trying to get out to his is supposed to be my safe haven I feel threatened everytime I come here. And now I have to move by myself , out of a place my now ex does not know about this spot he has found me everywhere else.

      I called today August 15th, to pay the balance owed, $106.67 and I was told by ******* that my account had been sent to collections on the 30th of July when the noticed I received said I had 15 business days from that date to pay.I'm so disappointed because I was just paying now bcus I was fixing the door of my trailer that got broken into while in storage, it has been broken into twice since we've been renting there, that's why we moved out and that's why I was paying today, 8/15/2022 and can't because they had already sent my account to collections way before the 15 days the letter said I had.

      Dear ******,

      We have reviewed your complaint and would like to assist you in resolving this matter. The staff attempted to notify you of a security issue involving your trailer on June 22nd, 2022, but we did not find any signs or forced entry. Subsequently, you have vacated from your parking space in mid-July and claimed you would be making a final payment, however, we did not receive that payment. Our office sent you a Notice of Skip letter on July 25th with the amount owed due within 15 business days. Since our office is open Monday through Saturday, the payment would have been due on August 11th. We do understand your concerns and want to work with you. As a customer service gesture, we have not yet processed your account for collections and will postpone this transmittal until we receive your payment. We urge you to contact the office as soon as possible, as the absolute latest we can accept your payment is August 26th. The office can be reached at ************.
