    Ive used FunEx multiple times over the years, mostly because their prices are usually lower than what you find elsewhere. But this time, I actually put their Price Guarantee to the test.I was buying Six Flags Magic Mountain tickets for a group of employees and, out of habit, I checked a few other platforms. One had a slightly lower ratejust $0.50 less per ticket. I submitted a price match request with a screenshot, honestly not expecting ******* my surprise, FunEx got back to me the same day. They verified the rate and honored their guarantee without any back-and-forth. Even betterthey thanked me for pointing it out and sent me a free *** movie ticket as a gesture of appreciation, which I didnt expect at all.This is the kind of thing that builds trust. Its easy to advertise a price guarantee, but its rare to see it enforced this smoothly and generously. Between the fast delivery, great support, and now this, I feel confident using FunEx as our go-to platform for discounted theme park tickets.

    Was looking at ***************** tickets, but decided to try Fun Ex because my employer offers discounts with them. When looking at prices the direct site for ***************** was 154. Fun Ex lists the regular price at 174, then the discount is 145. When I asked, they gave no help on why it would be listed higher before the discount, which si wild considering I had to at one point wait for 10 minutes before getting a response on this. Not to mention the calendar they show on prices shows the kids ticket prices, and when you click its higher for adults. So the website seems scammy on how they present themselves. I normally dot care enough to review, but this rubbed me the wrong way.

    Offers discounted tickets which you are charged for and then requires copies of your personal identification, front and back, along with a new photo. Extremely unsafe, and a danger for identity theft. No disclosure is made that they will ask for all this information. Do not use if you value your online security.

    Have not purchased tickets yet but... During the account setup process every employee quickly helped. Its clear communication is with a person that knows what they are doing rather than an automated system or a oerson that is simply looking through a referrence manual. The answers were very clear and direct but professional, personal and tactful. Also, the documents received are ver easy to follow. The terms cover everything but in a concise and easy way. The process for employees to find and purchase tickets looks very easy as well... technologically advanced but simple for anyone. Can do searches, can use the site, can use a PDF document with links etc. The site also has all information you need for pricing and how using/visiting the attraction works.

    Dont waste your time. I purchased tickets to go to the ************* and they charged my credit card and wouldnt release the tickets pending additional verification. I had to call a phone number and they wanted me to send a copy of my ID for proof of identity. I texted a copy of my work photo ID proving my employment relationship with the company I listed when I signed up and they stated they needed a copy of my government ID. Ive never had to do that for an online order which successfully charged my credit card, and its not worth the invasion of privacy just to save a few bucks on tickets. Wonder how long it will take them to reverse the charge and how much spam email I will get for having already given them my contact details to sign up for the account
