    I want to thank you for the time share resolution service. I had a great experience with Resort Advisory Group and would certainly recommend your services to others in need.I found your online form very easy to use, and it was great that you were able to get back to me so quickly. Your response was also very professional, which is important when dealing with a delicate situation like this one.I'm very happy with my service, and I will definitely use your services again if I ever need them!

    Resort Advisory (RA) helped me to get out of a timeshare with ******* Resorts (DR). I was with DR for years. I utilized DR a lot with my family as my children and grandchildren grew up. *** resort fees just kept increasing exponentially. ***re were extremely hard sale Sales people and I felt some of those sales people gave me dishonest information with DR. *** straw that broke the camels back with me was when I took my granddaughter and her friend to Europe for a month after they graduated high school. I spent countless hours planning lodging and did not get the concierge service I had bought up to and expected. For a whole week we did not get our reservations in ******. I had to scramble and at ********************************************* in *****, A beautiful place, they found us accommodations Within the ******* complex until the manager there helped find us a place close to ****** ****** where I thought I had a reservation. It was scary having two teenagers and no place to stay but the manager at ******* in the ******* Resort group allowed us to stay until we had a confirmed place on the outskirts of ******. It was a terrible experience with DR. I would highly refer ********************************************* as a wonderful place to stay, but not through ******* worked with me for a couple of years and I was finally relieved of the burden of being in the ******* Resort Nightmare. I would have given a 5-star review to RA except for the fact that I was called recently, years after the timeshare went away. RA thought I was still in the process of ridding my life of DR and I thought that was kind of strange and scary. *** fact that years after the fact RA still thought I was in need of their services was bothersome. Thus the four-star review. I appreciate the fact that RA followed up with me but it was still weird. During the couple of years that I paid Resort Advisory $500 a month for help they were very supportive and they did help me to accomplish getting ******* Resort out of my life.
