  I believe this is a scam, and I believe ****** ***** is not a real person. The 5-star reviews are also probably fake.I joined and waited for access to Quick Signings. When I went to log in, it said my password had been changed. I had not changed my password, so I requested a password reset. I never received the link to change my password.While this was going on, I received an email asking if I was available for a signing the next day, which was a Sunday, with two signers and an attorney. I have never had a signing on a Sunday, an generally, my state doesn't have attorneys who do them on Sundays, either.The misspellings and sentences like, "We hope we will be able to present you with various lovely days and memories," and "We welcome you once again to United States Notary," in some of the emails I've received only add to my suspicion. I have disputed any charges with my bank and will be making further complaints to appropriate authorities.

With your 4-year membership, you received tangible benefits worth $40: a free Notary Journal, free Inkless Thumbprint Pad, and free shipping. These supplies were shipped to you via ****, and the tracking number shows they were delivered to your address.Additionally, you started and completed our Loan Signing Agent course, a $49 value, and received a Loan Signing Agent Certificate. You also downloaded our eBook, "The Ultimate Guide to Becoming and Running a Successful Loan Signing Agent Business," which is available exclusively to members. These are all resources and services that come as part of your membership.Its concerning that you disputed your payment AFTER receiving the supplies by mail, and yet, after disputing the payment, you logged in to your account and completed the Loan Signing Agent course. You were fully aware that you disputed the payment, but still chose to access and complete the course. After we tried to amicably resolve the situation by asking you to return the items, you refused. Youve enjoyed the benefits of your membership, and as a non-profit organization, we rely on members respecting our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon joining.Furthermore, your account was locked AFTER you disputed your payment with your credit card and refused to return the notary supplies that were shipped to you. We find it troubling that youve failed to mention in your BBB review that you are essentially withholding items that we sent in good faith, which is against our policies. Its unfortunate that you would make such accusations while keeping the supplies you received without returning them.Its important to note that no other notary organization provides free supplies, courses, and e-books the way we do. As a non-profit, we are committed to the professional growth of our members and believe in providing resources that truly make a difference. We hope you understand that what were offering is real and valuable, and while we sincerely regret your dissatisfaction, its not fair to label our services as a scam.If you continue to dispute the charge and refuse to return the items you received, we will have no choice but to pursue further action to resolve this matter.Thank you for your time, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

  This is rich, considering I returned the items and provided a tracking number. Further, dont waste your time on the eBook or course. Its literally generic information you can easily find with a simple ****** search, for free! I stand by my review primarily because claiming you offer a guarantee when you actually dont is not only a shady business practice but in poor taste. To exercise the guarantee you cannot have viewed the eBook or course and you must return the notary log and certificate at your own expense. The ink pad will set you back $15. Should you make the mistake of viewing their materials, you will be charged, thereby negating any refund. How is that a guarantee? What exactly is being guaranteed? And how is a consumer supposed to know whether theyre satisfied or not withOUT having reviewed the materials? I asked for information on how Quick Signings works and was told they dont assign notaries to jobs; its the notarys responsibility to seek out their own jobs. I asked for a telephone number for their Membership person and their owner/CEO and was ignored. Stay away!

We genuinely appreciate that you have shared your thoughts, even though we have some differing perspectives.First and foremost, we want to address the importance of thoroughly reading the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy before joining. These policies are clear, concise, and easily accessiblenot buried in fine print. Its crucial for every member to understand the guidelines before agreeing to them. Our policy clearly outlines that notary supplies (such as the Notary Journal and Inkless Thumbprint Pad) must be returned in unused condition for a refund, which is standard practice for any business. Additionally, digital materials like courses and e-books are non-refundable once accessed, which is also standard in most industries.When you joined, you received free notary supplies with free shipping, which cost us money. The very next day after receiving the supplies, you disputed the payment with your credit card company. When we asked you to return the items you received, you refused. Only after we provided tracking evidence showing that the items had been delivered to you did you agree to return them. We understand that circumstances can change, but refusing to comply with our return policy while still enjoying the benefits is concerning.Furthermore, after disputing your payment, you proceeded to log in and complete the Loan Signing Agent course and download the e-book. If the information was so readily available elsewhere, we are curious as to why you took the time to complete the course and download the e-book. Initially, you denied doing so, but after we presented digital records, you admitted to completing the course and downloading the e-book. This creates further confusion and inconsistency in your *************'s also important to note that after your dispute, our schedulers did offer you a signing opportunity, which you declined due to availability on a Sunday. However, this did not pertain to your dispute with the payment, as the chargeback process had already been initiated.If you had reached out directly to us instead of disputing the payment, we would have been happy to process a refund, following our return policy for the unused items. We understand that the process may not have met your expectations, but we did try to work with you within the bounds of our policies. Unfortunately, by initiating a chargeback and refusing to return the goods, it is no longer possible to proceed with your ********* a non-profit association, we rely on the support of our members to provide these valuable resources and services. We are the only notary association in the **** that offers free notary supplies, courses, certification, and background screening reports, all funded by membership fees. Our mission is to support notaries and provide cost-effective solutions to help them succeed in their businesses.What is concerning, though, is that after receiving tangible goods (the Notary Journal and Inkless Thumbprint Pad), completing the course, and downloading the e-book, you disputed the payment, which is fraudulent behavior. Even more troubling is your attempt to keep these products and receive a refund, which is not how any business operates. We cannot give away tangible items and services to members who cancel their memberships and refuse to return what they have received.We hope this clears up any misunderstandings. Our goal is to continue serving our members and helping notaries thrive, especially in these unpredictable economic times.   Your allegations of my not returning the items until after you provided proof of delivery are absolutely false. Again, the average person can see your guarantee is nothing more than a ploy to keep money. My review speaks for itself and serves as a warning to others.

  I cant say enough good things about this notary association! First off, they have the lowest membership fees in the industry, which is a huge win, especially for beginners like me. But what really blew me away were the benefitsseriously, for the membership fee, I got free supplies, a free signing agent course, and access to a signing agent platform! The free supplies alone paid for the membership, and the course has been such a game-changer for me. On top of that, *** already landed two signings through their platform, and Im just getting started!Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Anytime Ive had a question, theyve been so helpful and responded immediately, which makes me feel so supported. Its honestly refreshing compared to other associations Ive tried. The others just collect higher fees, slap a badge on your profile, and thats itno real value in return.This is exactly what a real nonprofit notary association should be likenot trying to make money off us, but genuinely helping us save money and succeed. Im honestly so happy, happy, happy I found this association. As a beginner, every ***** counts, and knowing that I can get my free supplies anytime as long as Im a member is such a relief. If youre on the fence, take it from methis is hands down the best decision Ive made for my notary career!

  I cant recommend the United States Notary Association highly enough! Joining was one of the best decisions Ive made for my notary business. The reasonable membership fee quickly paid for itself with the high-quality supplies providedmy favorites being the superb notary seal and other essential items that arrived at no extra cost.What truly sets this association apart is the outstanding support from its members. You can tell that the organization is run by real, caring individuals who genuinely understand the challenges notaries face.   The United States Notary Association is amazing! I recently joined and was really impressed by what they offer. I ordered a free notary journal and fingerprint pad, and their membership fees are low. Now, one cool thing is I can order free supplies whenever I need them. Their shipping is fast, so I got everything I needed quickly. Plus, they provide free signing agent courses to help improve your skills. If you want to improve your notary work without spending a lot of money, definitely check out the United States Notary Association. They're awesome!
