    Very Low quality jacket and production; and very slow to approve return, once item returned , denied refund due to not received in time, but was confirmed I could return. Unable to get money refunded and unable to report issue to my bank, due to return window (because inland leather slow to provide return ID. Buyer beware.

    The worst vendor experience. I ordered a leather bomber jacket in XL. It arrived about 6 weeks later, no size tags, and was likely a medium or a large. I tried to call customer service, left numerous messages, none returned, and requested a refund. No mention of any restocking fee on their website, but once they received the return, they charged me $26.99 with no explanation. The leather jacket was a weird color, not very good quality, and poor customer service. Buyer beware in dealing with this vendor.

    Beware of companies that do not offer a free return policy and that charges a processing fee for returns. I had to pay over $30 to return the jacket to them and then waited over 3 weeks to get a refund less their processing fee. In my opinion, all the reviews posted on this website about their products and poor customer services is totally accurate. Constantly had to send them numerous emails for their return authorization and refund.The jacket did not even come in a box. It came in a cheap plastic bag and the jacket smelled like plastic when I took it out of the bag. No smell of leather whatsoever even after I let the jacket air overnight. Never had a "leather" jacket smell like plastic before. Do your reviews before you buy. You truly get what you paid for.

    Inland Leather gets No stars from **** purchased 2 leather jackets.The ******* was ok.But the one that was camel colored on the website was more pink.I had problems returning it but was finally issued a return number.After several calls over a 3 week period I was issued a credit of $125 of the $202.72 +tax I paid.I called my credit card *** to have them dispute the amount. They held firm until the time they had to reply. And then informed my card company they owed me nothing. My card company sent me a document to sign. And asked for something in writing in regards to the dispute. (What happened to my original statement when I filed the complaint a the record they had) I hope they will be able to resolve this matter.     I brought a jacket from them over a month ago, which they indicated it only take 5 to 7 business days to ship out. As of today, I have not received my jacket. I have written several emails with no response. When reaching the order number, it says it's at the warehouse. in addition to calling the number provided on their website, the voice mail states no one is available at this time.

    **************** is the worse. Order a jacket took about 2 weeks to receive it and when it came it wasn't the item ordered. Not able to speak with anyone only able to contact thru email. They did respond very quickly to the email about the wrong item. I made them aware of what I actually ordered compared to what I actually received. I asked about sending it back cause it wasn't correct. This is where the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE comes. I was told yes they can see it was a mistake but they're similar jackets and to just keep it and they would discount $10.00. Now keep in mind the jacket was $10.00 off on sale now so how does this really correct the issue. If I wanted that jacket I would have ordered that one. They're telling a customer to settle for what they want me to have verse what I ordered and wanted. Then to omitt their error/mistake and offer to discount me $10.00 when it's $10.00 off now. I guess they think people are boo-boo the fool. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. Maybe they don't care about a small order compared to a much larger one.

    I ordered a jacket for my son on Nov. 11th, 2022. I still have not received it. I tried calling the customer support number but it says they are not taking calls. I emailed and was told to check the tracking number which stayed the same as far as the location of the jacket for a week. The customer service is pretty nonexistent and when the did reply the one time by email it was short and basically told me to wait on it. This is the worst customer service ever and I WILL NEVER EVER order from them even if they were the last leather company on earth. Today is December ********* still dont have my jacket.
