    This company finds out what type of copier you have and sends you a trial toner (8/15/2023 $664.89). We paid for the trial toner to make them leave us alone. On 8/7/2024 they sent 5 toners totaling $2,995.00 that we didn't order. They said it was part of the trial toner "promo". No where on the invoice for the trial did it mention said promo. They refused to take them back without a 20% restocking fee. Once again we paid to get them to leave us alone. I thought that was the end of it but on 2/11/2025 they sent us 6 more toners totaling $3,983.24 that once again we didn't order. They are part of another "promo" that isn't mentioned anywhere on any paper work.

    I am in receipt of this customers complaint and will have a member of our management team reach out to ***** directly tomorrow to address all of his concerns and find a suitable resolution.  There is some conflicting information I am seeing from my initial review that will need attention.

    I was contacted by a customer service representative asking if I wanted to try out some if their ink toner in January 2024. If I was not satisfied I would not have to pay for it. I agreed to the one ink toner. They initially sent out the wrong product, they sent a label for return. I received the new ink toner and was not satisfied but paid the invoice anyways. I did call and let them know I was not satisfied. In September I received a package with 6 toners that I did not request. After many attempts to get a return shipping label, ******** had called me and stated I agreed to their promotional program, which I did not. I would like all 3 invoices adjusted to a zero balance and a return label sent to our business.

    We are in the process of assisting this customer now as our records differ.  Original cartridge sent out was defective.  We sent a return label and the product was sent back.  Customer authorized a replacement which was sent.  Months later they had no recollection of receiving that product.  A copy of the invoice and proof of delivery was supplied and the product was then paid for.  After the new shipment went out, customer service was requested.  The customer did not recall receiving their promo.  Proof was supplied and return options are currently in discussion.  This should be resolved by next week to our customers satisfaction.

    Back in November I received a call from a women by the name of **** who was very persistent about sending us OEM laser jet toners. Indicated they would be free if we were not satisfied with them, but if satisfied we would agree to pay for them. We finally tested them and agreed to pay for two we received. We never agreed to ordering or receiving any additional products. However while I was out of the office, a shipment of toners arrived with additional invoices. After calling them to request a call tag for the unauthorized shipment, I received a call from **** and ******** (who sound exactly a like on the phone) stating I agreed to this promotional program, which I never agreed to. I am returning the products back to them as they will not issue a call tag for them to be picked up.

    We spoke with ***** and she has stated to us that she tried to retract this complaint since we have already resolve the matter. Unfortunately, Better Business Bureau can not retract complaint after it has been posted.
