  We agreed to a trial run of their ink (2 cartridges), and they sent us a full order with an invoice. They wouldn't let us return it, but agreed to pay "cost" on it so we could keep it along with the $100 gift card promised. The gift card was immediately drained of funds and we're stuck with their crappy product. 0/10 would not recommend. Terrible company.

  I agreed to their one year trial on a toner. I still have the call recorded on file where they say it is a one year, free trial period, and if we are not satisfied with the product, they will provide a prepaid return label. After speaking with our contracted provider for printers and toners we decided not to proceed with using an aftermarket toner. They never sent me an invoice. They emailed me asking for payment, In turn, I let them know I was not interested in using the product or moving forward with any other arrangements. That is when they said I owed them $399 for their cartridge and they were not nice about it. Their one year, no obligation trial period, is a scam! They do not live up to their word. I never signed any type of agreement, nor would I have proceeded to allow them to ship anything to me if I knew this would happen. They don't even deserve the one star I am obligated to add.

  Review of Infinity Ink **** (****************************************************) Initially, I took advantage of a promotion offering a single ink cartridge for $141.92. At the end of the trial period, I paid for the one cartridge and made it clear that I no longer wanted to receive any further products from them. However, despite my explicit request to not receive any more ink, Infinity Ink sent me not one, but three separate orders of black and color inktotaling over $1500. To make matters worse, they have not provide any option to return the unauthorized products, and I was invoiced for these items without my consent. This is a clear example of poor business ethics, with the company continuing to send products that were never requested and refusing to allow returns. I later discovered that they have pulled this with us a few years ago before I was working here, and the owner of the business had asked them to take us off their calling list. I would urge anyone considering doing business with Infinity Ink to think twice before engaging with a company that clearly disregards customer requests and engages in such deceptive practices. The lack of transparency and accountability is truly unacceptable.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! ****SCAM ALERT****Originally we received a call for a promotion saying they would send out a single toner to test out. After paying the invoice for the 4 tested cartridge's and stating we didn't want to work with them further as we have another ink, they call and say they have a "gift" for us and send a $100 Mastercard gift card. After that is when we received a second order (12 pack of toner) after I specifically stated we did not want anything. Just to be clear, that around $1500 in toner. The when I ask if it can be returned in an email, they call us stating it was part of the acceptance of the gift card, which was never expressed verbally. Now we owe them the $1500 or the invoices, The other cartridge's where NEVER mentioned in to promotion, ******** stated that how would we not know that when she said, "I will be billing your order." As if that let us know they're sending out $1500 worth of product. They are vague, unethical, and downright stealing.

  Another scam victim. Originally we ordered a single toner and they sent us 4. After trying to return that order, they call and say they have a "gift" for us and send a $100 **** gift card. We never receive a card, but they tell us it was "signed for" and "spent" already. This all started because we received a second order (12 pack of toner) after I specifically stated we did not want anything. Just to be clear, that around $1500 in toner. The when I ask if it can be returned in an email, they call us stating it was part of the acceptance of the gift card (which we never received), of the which there was never a contract (verbal or written). Now we owe them the $1500 or the invoices will be sent to ************** others have said stated, this is a beautifully crafted scam and an extremely unethical business operation.

  We purchased a 26. Double x cartridge and it has outlasted any other cartridge on the market. Im very happy with the product.

  We were scammed as well. We ordered 1 order from them , and then we pay for it. Afterwards, they call and say they have a "gift" for us and send a $100 **** gift card. We receive it and next thing they do is unwarrantedly send us a 12 pack of toner (plus no invoice). We call to have it returned stating the obvious "we never ordered it". They said it was part of the acceptance of the card, of the which there was never a contract (verbal or written) that was expressed or even alluded to. It is simply a scam and an extremely unethical business operation. There ought to be some legal ramifications for their predatory business practices. I am at a loss at how they think this is remotely acceptable. I don't even know what they will charge for this because they ship things and don't send an invoice.

  We also were scammed. Ordered a trial cartridge last year. Paid the initial ****** and received a call that we were getting a rebate of !***** on a mastercard. We also received 12 new cartridges that was never discussed or ordered. Tried to call to send them back but was told that the Mastercard was used so they couldn't do anything about it. Not a good way to do business. talked to a woman who said they would discount and give us dating for 12 cartridges. These were never ordered. Still trying to send back.
