    Good morning, I paid 4500 USD for a roll cage. On Januaray 17th, Was promised 4-5 weeks lead time to finish the work and ship it. They do not reply with an update of what is the progress. It is now May 27th and they cannot update me properly. They are always saying they will get back to me after weeks of not replying. I am under the impression they have no started any work for so long and have taken my money for 5 months now.

    Put 2 $250 deposits starting August of 2024 for a roll cage for my vehicle with the lead time of 3-4 months. Since December 2024 the company has been extremely hard to get a hold of and promised a hard deadline of April 18, 2025 for completion. Its now passed that deadline and they are not responding.

    I initially reached out to StudioRSR on July 10, 2024, via their Instagram DM regarding a roll cage for my vehicle. **** ****** responded and asked if I was willing to commit to secure a spot on the list, mentioning that they already had a demo car for the roll cage development. I confirmed my interest and provided my personal details, including my name, address, and phone number. The following day, on July 11, 2024, **** contacted me directly via my cell phone, at which point I provided my credit card information for the roll cage (bank transaction screenshot available). During this conversation, he assured me that the roll cage would take approximately six months to complete and that he would follow up when it was ready so I could choose a paint color. On July 22, 2024, I reached out via Instagram DM to inquire about purchasing a ****** hub for my vehicle. **** responded the next day, informing me that they were working with ****** on development and would update me once it was ready. A few days later, on July 26, 2024, he contacted me again to let me know that development was complete and pre-orders were open. Once again, **** called me directly, and I provided my credit card information. He advised that the hub would ship in a few weeks since development had already concluded. By November 2024, having not received the hub, I reached out to **** via text for a status update (copy of text available). He responded that he would check and get back to me. However, several days passed with no follow-up. I sent another text on November 19, 2024, but received no response. After waiting a few more weeks, I sent yet another text requesting an update, but again, there was no reply. I then attempted to contact **** through StudioRSRs Instagram DM, where he responded that he would work on getting me an answeryet I still received no further updates. On Feb of 2025, I sent StudioRSR a message via Instagram requesting an ETA or timeline for the products I order (8 months ago)

    I made an expensive order with this company back in October of 2024. It was for a roll cage for a car. They said it would take 8 weeks which would be early December. In the beginning of November I placed another order for $9,000. Because of the size of my order, they said they speed up fabrication for me to have everything shipped out to me by December. Ive been emailing this company for 7 weeks now for an update on my orders and no one will tell me anything or even respond. Im worried this company may be a scam and just stole $13,000 from me.

    Ordered a roll cage from Studio RSR in June of 2023. They have promised to deliver it several times and I have yet to see it. I call them every 2 months and there answer is never the same. I paid $2345 in full. They have lied over and over again.

    I ordered a safety roll cage priced at $2,585.00 back in April of 2023. Was told it was going to ship in May 2023. No response to emails since. Was in touch with one gentleman who said it was next in line to ship in September. Then dead silence since.

    purchased an automotive part 3/29/23 for the total of $2,195 was told they had a ***** week backlog. no big deal, but once october came i realized i was not going to be getting my parts and asked for a refund which was october 16th. they have since been extremely dodgy, no followup on emails, will not reach out to me at all. it is now almost december and i still havent gotten my money, an email or call back from anyone. now no one will answer my phone calls or emails. my order number is ****

    Hello,

    We understand that ********************** order has taken longer than anticipated, but it is still in process. We have complete and total intention of completing his order and shipping it to him. I can see how ****************** is dissatisfied by the time it has taken and also our spotty communication. 

    Addressing the first issue about the completion time: Our custom products are 100% handmade-to-order and shipped to the customer complete and ready for installation. Throughout the years of making these products, we have always encountered unforeseen and uncontrollable delays with many aspects, mainly the availability of raw materials. Because of our knowledge and experiences, we disclose heavily on all of our paperwork and Terms and Conditions that ********** are an approximation and that time is Not of the Essence with regards to orders of these specific types of products.  

    Addressing the spotty communication: About a month ago, we let go of the representative in charge of ********************** order partly because of the lack of communication he was providing to our customers. Since that liaison was let go, we have been working tirelessly to transition all of the customers who were under that liaison's care over to our new representative. The new representative has reached out by phone to ****************** since the writing of this response. 

    Again, we will be completing ********************** order within the next 2-2.5 weeks and will be providing pictures and a tracking number to him.
