    Unprofessional. if I could I would leave a 0 star. I recently was contacted by ***** at studio rsr for parts for my m4. over 25k in parts I sent them. ***** via cash app and another *********k in via wire through bank. Monday, 21. (1:03pm) sent remains balance of *********k to Studio RSR. Contacted ***** to let ******(ceo) know I will no longer be going through with purchace(2:49pm). not even 4 hours after within the 24 hour cancel period.Tuesday, 22 5:39 pm I receive a call from ****** saying the order is basically placed. and that he used his money to purchase my order and now it affects his "Books, and taxes".I have mention to ***** to not purchase anything and finalize on the parts other then SPL sway bars and links. I still haven't recived any new information on the topic or where my money is at. At this point I am very concerned I am NOT getting my money back or at least that's what it's been seeming like from STUDIO RSR AKA ******.I have received very to little communication with *****, And if I do. IT IS VERY BRIEF. Today is May 9th, 10:00 am.I have still not heard from Studio RSR...

    I bought a Transmission clutch kit on 02/16/2024 paid $4,711.00 and they never sent the parts until today, I have call them several times and they have no credit back my money or sent the parts, I call the company that make the parts, and they do have the parts on the warehouse, they just don't care about my problem.

    I never write reviews but this scamming company made me feel like it is my duty to share my experience and warn others. It is unfortunate that I cannot give them zero stars. I ordered a complete set of Brembo big brakes and other parts from Studio RSR (RSR). RSR required payment in full (about $9,800) before they would finalize the order. I followed up just about every week to check on the status. They responded that they were looking into it and made up excuses as to why it was delayed. After 10 weeks of excuses I questioned RSR on when they placed the order, told them that I contacted ****** and was quoted 4-5 weeks to deliver, asked RSR if they even placed the order, and when it would be fulfilled. RSR stopped all communication with me. I requested a refund and also received no response. I contested the charges with my credit card for the reimbursement. Placed the order with the other vendor and received the brakes and parts on time as promised. I waited to write this review until I received the brakes from ****** to be completely certain that the time frame Brembo provided was true and accurate. It confirms for me that RSR took my money, never even placed the order, and then provided continuous empty promises and excuses transitioning to complete silence. A complete lack of professionalism and customer service on all other matters. RSR wasted at least ***** weeks of our short track season with no remorse or concern. No follow up or even an apology. They left me to contest the charges with my credit card for a reimbursement of their failures. RSR does not deserve to be in business. Please steer clear of these swindlers and do not waste your time and potentially lose your money with them. 0/5 stars!!!

    I had previously ordered a cage from them, and it took a bit longer to get than expected and, in retrospect, I did have to be the one to initiate contact to get any kind of updates.Then I decided I wanted the rear seat delete:April 7, I paid for it, $1245, and was told 4 weeks to ship.May 5, 4 weeks out and no communication.May 8, I emailed seeing how things were going, no response. May 13, I saw pictures of it on their site in another car, so I emailed asking for update, no response. May 18, email and no response. May 23, email and included the name of another person I had been talking to, no response. Another email that day to another email and got a response that the other two folks had been let go and I had gotten lost in the shuffle. Which explains the lack of communication, but doesnt really explain why my stuff hasnt been built or shipped. Got sent to another person and they said it would ship by the end of the week.May 27, end of week, no ship.June 1, another request, no response. June 2, ** finally annoyed and send a bit of an angry email, but I wasnt too concerned about it since none of my other emails seem to be getting read. June 6, email and success, a response that included a picture of my delete kit saying it would be wrapped the next day and shipped.June 10, end of week, no ship June 12, email, no response.June 16, email, no response June 17, Im done with this email June 19, another photo of my kit, again going to go out by the end of the week.June 23, swapped some email about a race they were at, no updates on the item.June 24, end of week, no ship June 27, email, no response.June 28, they just got back from Pikes Peak race and would get me a tracking number.July 5, email, no response So, Im going on 12 weeks for a 4-week thing. And have had about 4 responses from them since I ordered it saying I would have it in a week.
