On August 14, 2024, I received a pair of Nano hearing aids. The cost was $ ******. I had a 45-day trial.I was not pleased with the product. I notified the company, and they replaced the hearing aids on September 11, 2024, with a new 45-day trial.I was not pleased with the new product and notified the company, and they replaced the hearing aids on October 9, 2024 with a new 45-day trial. Again I was not pleased with the product and they sent me new hearing aids on November 2, 2024, with a 45-day trial. I was not pleased with the new product. I notified the company on December 5, 2024 and they replaced the hearing aids with an upgraded model at a cost to me of $205.81 and a 45-day trial. I complained about the product and they sent me new hearing aids with a 45 day trial on March 14, 2025. I again complained about the product and they sent me new hearing aids with a 45 day trial on April 11, 2025. I called the company to complain about the new hearing aides and they sent me new ones on May 15, 2025 with a 45 day trial.When I called to complain about the new hearing aids on June 6, 2025 Nano told me that I was not eligible for a refund even though it was well within the 45-day trial. Each time I complained about the hearing aids they sent me different models, but none of them worked for me.Business Response

I purchased hearing aids from Nano Hearing Aids and within the 45 days warranty, discovered they were not in working condition. I called the company to begin the return process, and they did not help me or issue me a Return Merchandise Authorization code as their website states they would do to allow for a full refund. The company acknowledged their receipt of the hearing aids but did not issue a refund. When I called for further support, I was referred to "Advance Support" who did not answer the call or return my call.

After carefully reviewing our records I can see that we had no contact from you within the 45-day warranty period to initiate a return or request an RMA number, which is a crucial step in our return process as outlined on our website and noted in the package received with your order. Our agents were able to connect with you via telephone after your return was received to explain why the refund hadn't been issued, and on that call your husband acknowledged that you did not contact us to set up an RMA prior to returning the product. While our return policy is very clear in that we require an RMA number for all returns, we recognize your intention to return the product within the warranty period.
In light of this situation, we have decided to make an exception to our standard procedure. We are pleased to inform you that we have processed a full refund of $884.00, which is the amount you paid for the hearing aids. This refund has been issued to your original method of payment and should be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

And to be eligible for a refund you must meet the following:

I see that the hearing aids were returned, however the initial request was for a replacement that is why no refund has been processed. I purchased hearing aids and they stopped working after a week. I sent them back and received a replacement which also stopped working. I asked for a refund and they offered an upgrade which I accepted but never received. Now I have no refund and no product and they keep giving me the run around. Once your return has been received it takes us 7-10 business days to process your refund. I see that the hearing aids were returned and received May 29, 2024 and it is due for refund. We are still within the refund timeframe but we want to reiterate what we would like to do for you.

I ordered a hearing aid from this company that did not work once received. I have been trying to return the hearing aid but never received the return slip from the company. This company is advertising this product as hearing aids when they are nothing but amplifiers which is not the same thing. I ordered these thinking they were hearing aids they were not. They were terrible and when I tried to return them I got a big run around. I filed a dispute with the card it was refunded and now they are calling and harrassing me to return them but tell me I can't without a RMA number but they fail to provide me with a return number or address. They should not be allowed to advertise these as hearing aids. That is false advertising.Business Response

I paid $400 to receive a NANO pair of hearing aids. After a short period of time one of the aids would not take a charge and the other lost power in late afternoon. I was given a return label with the promise of a replacement once the aids were returned. I received acknowledgement of their return and the promise that I would hear from them when their processing was complete. I never heard from them and they have cut off all communication with me even though I made several return e-mails to them all with no response. Their lack of communication with a several times customer is deplorable and is not an action of a reputable company. If this is not resolved I would urge anyone to use extreme caution ion dealing with such a company.Business Response

Good afternoon, I purchased hearing aids for my father. From the beginning, the right one was fine, but the left was broken. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement. It was also not working properly. I reported it again and another was sent. The second replacement was after warranty, but they stood by their product. I started these conversations far before the warranty ended. This one also doesnt work. Now, they are no longer honoring their product. Since the original purchase, the one side has never been functioning. Now, the set is discounted. I am just requesting to make it right and get a refund so we can buy another set of hearing aids. We have put so much work into this issue, with many calls with no resolution and nothing has worked. We have been actively dealing with this since the warranty was valid. A set of Nano Hearing Aids broke into two pieces in my ear allowing half of the device to remain deeply imbedded in my ear with a small cut and bleeding to extract, they sent me what they called a refurbished set. The replacement they sent was defective and constantly crack, pop and whistle, thereby making it impossible to hear or wear them, in addition one of the hearing aids would no longer recharge making it useless. Their solution was "we will correct the problem if you pay an additional fee" that is not ***************** it's more like an ultimatum, an excuse for a defective set that was replaced by another defective set which in no way corrected what I paid for, The Ability To Hear.Business Response
