4 starsi purchased these for my mom and so far she is still trying to learn how to use them she has neuropathy in her hands it makes it very hard for her to feel the buttons to power on and adjust the sound but she is willing to try to figure it out because she hears much better with these versus the hearing enhancers we've purchased in the past.Review fromJohn S

5 starsI bought my first pair and had to play around with them for a couple of days to get them right. Once that was done I have been enjoying them. I did go to an audiologist and tried a pair of theirs and couldnt find any noticeable difference except the price, about $3,600.I just got a second pair in order to be able to use them for a longer time, as sometimes I am up for twenty hours or more at a time.Great job Nano!!Review fromLonnie F

4 starsSo far with the left ear only they seem pretty good. I received them and the right ear would not charge or work. The technician I believe believe his name is Juiles spent 30 min on the phone trying to help me. He immediately sent me a whole new set arriving tomorrow. This is my second set of nano aids. The first are several years old and battery type. They still work. I wanted to go with rechargeable. These are way better so far.Review fromKerry D
