    This company promised to assist me in solving my debts. I paid this program on time and finished the program but none of my debts were resolve. In fact I had been suffering with poor credit score because of them. I even received a summon from one of my creditors and still end up paying them. Actify Solution just took my money without solving any of my debts as what their services pertaining to do! A big scam. I need my money back

    Id give them a zero if I could! Took advantage of my situation by presenting a solution to my debt issues. They took my money (thousands) for three years with a promise to clean up my debt. Absolute BS!!!!!! Im out the money I paid and still plugging away to fix my scores and mess.

    Actify sold me one thing, then did another right away. When I called after years a lawyer finally got on the phone and said we are done, we did everything we agreed to. I said, no you didn't, not even close, you guys guaranteed me it would be a clean credit report afterwards, I just had to wait the 7 years. I was never offered a refund when they started saying they don't guarantee anything lol. They are like made from a credit card company, very evil people, stay away, it was a disaster. Listen to my original call, everything was guaranteed at signing, you guys changed that policy half way through after I already paid. I was with a great company before they pulled me out with their lies of a guarantee. They are nothing but a scam company built by a credit card company. Pay your credit or negotiate with the company. Never use this. What a disaster it was. They told me 1 year 6 years ago, then took away KY guarantee and did nothing they agreed too. That's what you need to remember, this company does not clear anything off your report that will help you. The credit companies remain on your credit, just because the debt collection company is removed, the original creditors remain. Please avoid at all costs.

    If there was a 0 on this scale that would be my selection. This business is 100% a scam. I paid them thousands of dollars to help me with credit card debt that they told me the could reduce significantly. They told me to stop paying my credit card bills, which ended up in multiple delinquencies on my credit report. I ended up having to pay the balances off anyways after being served for two different accounts. This was a horrifying experience and this company should be taken to court.

    Client has been through all 3 steps of the program, per the signed agreement and compliance call. Client must 100% agree to everything in the call before they are made active into the program. Actify is not a debt consolidation or a settlement program, as per agreement.

    Client has been through all three stages of the program. We however cannot guarantee the removal of items on the credit report, per the signed agreement and stated on the compliance call in which the client has to 100 % agree to the terms before they are made active into the program.

    **SCAM ALERT** Do not give them any money. I foolishly enrolled and gave them $6,000 and years later I still have the remark on my credit report and as of roughly a year ago they do not have staff you can talk to. I have been trying to get ahold of someone there for over a year. This may be a moot point because I'd assume they are not even in business. Again, do not give them any money.

    I sent letters to Actify solutions since 2017 and I sent paperwork from 2 creditors and now I get the mail sent back, office is closed, I paid over$300 for their services ,obviously this was scam .

    Client has not made a payment since November of 2018. Actify has complete all the stages of the program as per the signed agreement.
