I enrolled with Actify Solutions after receiving a call from one of their executive when I was in deep financial crisis in 2017. I was assured and guaranteed to be pulled out of my crisis. With the Assurance given by the officer, I enrolled in the Month of December 2017 and had been charged $989.52 per month for 24 months (total charged paid until October 2019- $23,748). I was enrolled to get out of the debts on my credit cards from 5 different banks. All these accounts are not settled or any solution provided so far. All these are still showing as in Processing even after completing the payment. (I am still receiving letters from debt collectors) There is no proper answers or communications from either Actify Solutions or any of its allied (Current Creditor) . I contacted with them on the Statuses, they kept on saying that the process is in various stages as defined in the program, In ************************* email stating I completed my graduation.Later in the same month when I ran my credit report, all the enrolled accounts were showing as Charged off and never paid a single *****.Upon questioning , I am hearing that all the charges made from November 2017 until October 2020 are for their charges . I asked what for are these charges when there isnt any solutions. later on they started avoiding my calls.Due to this irresponsible actions from Actify solutions, I was not only screwed my credit reports but also got denied in getting my jobs (based on the credit reports pulled during the background checks). I communicated the same with the proof of denials and got automated email response that I will be provided with a letter stating the enrollment and that would give the clients(Job offered Companies) to reconsider their decision.Now after 5 years on enrollment and completion of the program still these accounts (debts relating to Credit cards) are still haunting me in various was and impacting my approval odd.When approached on the same , now they are neither responding back to my emails, phone and same time deny the facts they agreed while promised during enrollment and showing all fine prints which are written in their favor. (They said that contract was not guaranteed process - are you kidding me?)I lost $20000 in Cash as Charges and on top of it had to pay all the debt on the credit cards I owed before enrolment. Until I enrolled into this program and after enrolled, I was never late in my payment and made minimum payments atleast on most of the occasion and had a very great score of 792 across all three credit reporting agencies.Due to all this mess by this so call BBB+++ rated company had spoiled all my prospects both in getting loans or job.My Ask is to either get a refund of all the charges made by me or compensate by doing all the corrections with the credit reporting agencies and settle with the credit card banks.I have all the proof of correspondence done during and after the program enrollment.with the actions from this company I had faced lots of agony and fell sick (health issues raised).On top of all these mess, I had to hire another law firm to get the credit reports negative challenged and get removed, which is also taking lot of time and no positive response from then as well. Here for this law firm I am paying another 1000`s of dollars for past 7 months.My Final Words is not to fall into trap with these kinds of Unethical Companies who are cheating the public.Initial Complaint

Client has completed all three steps of the program. Actify does not guarantee the removal of items on their credit report, per the signed agreement and the compliance call, which the client has to agree to before they are even enrolled in the program. Removal of items on the credit report is solely up to the credit bureaus. Client is in complete understanding of this fact before they are made active in the program.Initial Complaint

i have paid 484 dollars every month to actify from 2017 to 2019 and still all of my account are showing active on my credit report i have contacted them multiple times regarding this issue but nothing was done i am upset i feel like i have been scammed. no resolution to this day have been made i am willing to provide bank statements and payment activity.Business Response

Actify Solutions does not guaranteethe removal of items on the credit report. This is stated on the signed agreement, as well as the compliance call. The client has to agree 100% to the compliance call, before the client is made active in the program.

if that is the case then why are they charging s*ch a high fees to resolve the iss*e if that is not g*aranteed its a scam * g*ys r r*nning and i wo*ld like my money back plz i will find the copy of the contract and will make s*re to post my reviews to every single search engine making s*re the no one will do b*siness with * g*ys i have finish the program paid my d*es and * g*ys have still done nothing to fix the iss*e absol*tely horrible c*stomer service that is not writen in the contract is it ? i hope some some day s*e * g*ys and tr*st me if i find o*t i will be the first in line.Business Response

Actify solutions has never guaranteed the credit restoration part of the program. This is stated in the signed agreement with client and the compliance call as well. The removal of items from the credit report is strictly up to the credit bureaus. We do send letters in the clients name, disputing the items, but there is never a guarantee they will be removed.Initial Complaint

Hired Actify Solutions, herein after (AS), 05/19/2017 and never had a complaint until I tried to get a receipt for the payments made to them this year (2022). My first payment was for $454.00 on 05/30/2017 and all subsequent payments (23) were for $454.94; this contract was paid in full earlier than the contract called for, ($10,917.62).My dispute is that (AS) never returned my calls after I asked for a status update. The simple issue now is that I'm seeking documentation of the payments made to them. "PRIME LLC" is the entity authorized/listed on my bank statements to debit monthly payments. A receipt is all I need from (AS) on their letterhead, or an email stating the total amount paid to them ($10,917.62). (AS) doesn't have to even call me unless they need information from me. Again, I need a receipt for the total money I paid to them on company letterhead indicating how much I paid to them for their service. There has to be some type of (AS) identifying logo or company name on this receipt as I need it for a claim I filed that does not involve (AS). My (AS) Client ID No.: *******.Business Response

I enrolled in the program, paid them $6,000 and 6 years later the charge off's are still on my credit report and I cannot get through to anyone there. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??? Why won't anyone call me back??? Why did they not provide the service they are selling?!?!?!Business Response

I did this program in hopes to eliminate some or all of my debt. I contacted them and they explained to me that there was different stages through the whole program. Now, this all started in 2018. I watched my credit take a dive and creditors were calling me like crazy. They were nonstop calling and send mail. I was advised to send in all bills to acuity solutions. I made it all the way through the "program" paying $300 and something a month. I finally finished paying them and nothing. I still have the creditor on credit report and some of them I even caved and just settled and paid them. This was a big scam for your money, they didnt do anything to help me except ruin my credit and make unfulfilled promises for three years. I paid over ****** over this term and now more trying to get myself out of debt. I still have all paperwork and emails and all. I want my money back.Business Response

Clients has not made a payment since January of 2020. All 3 steps of the program has been completed, per signed agreement with client. Actify does not guarantee credit restoration. This is stated in the signed agreement, as well as the compliance call. If the client does not agree to the compliance call 100 percent, the client is not made active into the program.

I was a member of actify solution in 2017 I was told to pay 305 a month and when I was put in my third stage of paying I checked my credit report recently and my credit score remains in the low 500 when I started with actify solutions my credit score was 720 I was cheated out of thousands of dollars and now my credit is a mess I need to know who I can contact for the theft I experienced and how do I file charges it is unbelievable the BBB recommended a company like this and all they did was steal from me and as well as many others this is my first complaint but wont be my last client id number :Business Response

Client has not made a payment since March of 2020. All 3 stages of them program have been completed per signed agreement. Credit restoration is not a guaranteed process, as stated in the signed agreement.
