  After nearly 50 years owning properties in *********, I have had my share of experiences with contractors. Some good, some bad, some really, really bad and just a handful of exceptional people. E-drains and its owner Mr. *** ********* are in my EXCEPTIONAL category. 12 hours ago, I was a homeowner knee-deep in a ruptured cast iron sewer lateral. This morning, the repair is complete and my household is back to normal all at a price that was reasonable. Very, very few business people are as committed to their profession as are the people at E-drains. Very few business people display genuine empathy when dealing with situations that make price-gouging and fraud easy to perpetrate on underinformed customers who like me, are panicked by the problem at *******. Cartagena and his team are the rare exceptions whose honesty and forthright nature shine right through to positive outcomes. I'm so grateful they were the first ones to return my call. (***, the other two major companies I called have yet to call me back.)

  We just made the decision to renovate an outdated bathroom that was included when we purchased our home. We chose to acquire a quote from "E-Drain" after searching for a reputable plumbing business and seeing positive reviews on **** and ******. **** and his team were well-organized, and he answered all of our inquiries concerning our remodeling in a thorough and expert manner. Our bathroom looks fantastic thanks to **** and his team. We are so grateful that we wholeheartedly endorse this wonderful business. timely, trustworthy, and thoughtful. These folks are trustworthy and honest, and I recommend them to everyone. Again, thank you for an excellent job.

  I normally dont write reviews but this company deserves it. The service was excellent and quickly completed. The field operator came as soon as possible, showed me exactly what the issue was, and gave me an extremely reasonable price. I am very satisfied and grateful that I found ********!

  E drains was hired to repair a portion of sewer pipe due to a clog. They gave a year warranty. The property owner and me(tenant)were satisfied. Once I took over the business it started getting clogged again. They came out and power jet it. I thought it was good. It clogged again and they came out and showed me the NEW clog 2 foot where they replaced the pipe.he said it would cost a extra 5k to repair that clog. Wait! We paid 6k then i need to pay another 5k? I had a plumber I used before see it. He ran a camera and a cutting device to remove a plastic lid, credit cards, coins, bolts. Looked like from many years of build up. The entire line needs to be replaced. Hire a plumber with experience because ******** lacks experience and will just take your money.

  First of all, you are not our customer as we were hired by the previous owner, not you. So you may not be aware of the entire situation. But since you took the time to write a review we will take the time to respond. Yes you need to repair the entire sewer line, and no we were not hired to replace the entire sewer line. We were hired to do a spot repair and thats what we did. We advised the previous owner to do more work but I suspect he only did as much as he had to at the time to be able to sell the place to you. Thank you for mentioning that we went and gave you service twice after doing this repair and cleaned this drain which was not under warranty and has nothing to do with the repair that we did.

  I have had this company come to my house twice. The employee OccMed was very respectful and understanding about my plumbing issue. I had to call in to speak to someone in regards to the insurance and I got a woman named ***** on the phone. While I was trying to explain to her the situation she became aggressive, dismissive, rude, speaking over me and basically telling me in other words to be quiet. I Requested to speak to someone above her and she refused. She told me to go ahead and find an email online. She would not give me a phone number or name to a supervisor. The employee became so combative on the phone that I realized they work through intimidation.

  This is not one of our customers, she is a Home Warranty of America customer. Most of these insurance customers are respectful and kind; but every now and then we get the ones that should be upset at their insurance for now covering their service and instead call us and demand things that we cannot do for them like lie so that their service is covered. We will be contacting *** about this customer and will show them her numerous text messages asking us to lie on our report. People should not mess with insurance fraud.

  This is another clear example of how this company operates. If you read the other reviews they are aggressive and unprofessional. A claim has been opened with the insurance company in regards to this company already. Nothing to hide here. Charges for work not performed is egregious. My plumbing work has been given to another company through the insurance yesterday. One rude office employee is one thing but clearly the owner allows this behavior.
