      Absolutely horrible. They took my money in September for a hat that would be delivered in the beginning of January. I reached out in February to inquire about my purchase and they told me that the hat I had purchased was not approved to manufacture. They never reached out to let me know or return my money. After some back and forth, my money was refunded. They are an absolute scam!

      They have nice unique designer hats. A bit pricey.Pre ordered a hat I liked in May. The website said it would ship in October or November. Today I checked online if it has shipped yet and I found out the hat is now shipping in January. Since they did not bother to inform me of this long delay I lost confidence in Clink Room and requested a refund They held on to my money for a long time without any benefit to me. An apology would have been nice at any point but nothing. To me this is shady business.
