12/2/2024 Order was placed and they dont answer the customer service number. After repeated emails finally got a response with a fake tracking number. They never shipped and If you read reviews this is an ongoing issue with this company. Total scamInitial Complaint

I placed an order over 10 days ago and was told that the shipment was sent out over six days ago. I also received an email today on the 17th that I would be receiving a *** tracking because the item was shipped. Their customer service line is down. They do not respond in a timely manner to emails as a request on their website and I find this company to be illegitimate and are not providing the merchandise, that they claim that they provide in a reasonable timeframe and lack the customer service when people ask for updates on orders, they cannot provide meaningful responses. Ive requested that my order be canceled, and no one will respond to me and again I am not able to speak to anybody over the phone because their customer service line is not working . I am not sure that this is a legitimate company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bottle of liquor and found the liquor locally the same night. I cancelled the order. I messaged them the next morning and they told me they would cancel it with a 15% restocking fee. I told them that was fine. They said they would send an email with the cancellation confirmation. The next day, I received a tracking number. I again emailed them, and they told me it was still in the warehouse and they would cancel the order. I emailed them the next day because I still had no received a cancellation confirmation and they stopped responding to my emails. I found a phone number and attempted to call with no answer but it said text was an option. I texted all my information and they still did not respond. I received the bottle a week later but I have no use for it. I refuse to pay for return shipping. I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on September 13, 2024 and still have not received my items. I have reached out several times via email and have gotten very little response back. I keep calling during the business easy hours given on their answering system and can never get through to an actual person. I just keep getting the answering recording. I was told via email I was going to receive an email with tracking info almost two months after i placed my order and still have not received anything. I have requested updates on my order several times and finally just ask for them to cancel and refund my entire purchase has to include the $55.50 for the shipping protection.Initial Complaint

Place this order on August ******* with this company. They emailed me and told me my order was on the way and I still have not received it. I have called 20 plus times and left voice mails with no return calls. I have emailed and received only one email back telling my my order would be delivered and it never came.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bottles of Crown Blackberry for $180.66 on Monday, August 26, 2024. For 11 days, I received no shipping information. I called the company on Sept 6th and talked to the Liquor Stars representative his name was *****. He said the item was on back order and will be shipping the following Monday. That Monday, Sept 9th I still haven't received shipping information. I called again the next day, same person ***** said they will ship my order this Friday, Sept 13th, 100% guarantee. I called ***** today to confirm my order has been shipped. He said it will be shipped today and after work hour they will email me the shipping and tracking number. At this point, I don't believe they even have the items I ordered and is lying me and to their customers. I'm intitled to a refund since they never shipped my order but charge my credit card.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 bottles of liquor from this company back June of 2024 was told the order would be shipped within days, I called several times with no answer I emailed them several times and then got a response saying my it was a pre order and it would ship by the end of July, no shipment and I was told the end of August, no shipment I emailed them again today and was told item has not been released and would contact me once they have a release date so I asked for a refund and have not heard anything after that IInitial Complaint

Placed an online order 6/22/24 and have not received to date. Talked to customer service on several occasions each time I was told a lie about when the order was shipping. I've also communicated by messaging online trying to resolve. I've been told it's shipping tomorrow, out for delivery, lost, out of stock, etc. I have been very flexible trying to resolve. Told him just give me a store credit for the original amount I'd order something else. There is no doubt I'm getting scammed. Otherwise there's several easy options to resolve. on July 3, 2024 I placed an order for ********* reserve bourbon with liquor stars. I requested for three day delivery and I also paid extra for insurance of the bottle. I received the email confirming my order and was advised that I would receive another email when my package will be shipped out. I emailed liquor stars on July 10, July 19 July 20 no response to any of the emails. On July 10 I called the company and spoke with someone there who advise me oh your package is going to be sent out and you should receive it on Tuesday, July 16. Tuesday, July 16 no package. I called the company again no response. I communicated through the chat no response and then I got a response back stating that my package was going to be sent out with *** and I was given a tracking number the tracking number I was given per *** , we dont have the package. The package was never picked up. I called liquor stars and liquor store said *** does have the package we gave it to them and advise *** says that tracking number was never scanned. I was told liquor stars would check with *** and get back to me. I havent received a call back or email. I called on July 19th and was advised my package would be sent out on Thursday July 25. I asked for a refund and was advised I could not receive one because all sales were final. I advised there wasnt a sale because I never received anything. Liquor stars replied Im sorry NO REFUNDS! I said if your not going to send it. I WANT A REFUND OF MY ******. I have been ripped off buy this company and this is not how you handle business!Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for two 1 LITER BOTTLES of ************** complete with boxes. I received two 750 ML BOTTLES, one with no box. I have emailed and called them numerous times with no results or replies. I believe this was a bait and switch scam. Photos of their order confirmation, address, phone number, item description, and product received are attached.
