they wont honor my warranty 100%, minus the $75, as promised. warranty was obtained from prestige motors in pasco Washington. the seller of the warranty said ANY problem will be resolved with a $75 co pay. i want my $3,100 back so i can pay the repair cost,if they wont pay it.

I have a PRco Power Service Contract and I have heard so many bad thing and I am starting to get afraid. I recently ran into an issues with our car and the first thing I did was call my tech to ask if he had worked or works with PRco. He said he did and he was very helpful and told me not to worry. I also called my car insurance agent and gave them a copy of my PRco contract for review ( they have team of lawyers they work with and I asked if they could give me a helping hand to understand the ins and outs.) I have yet to call and have PRco help me get my car towed to my techs shop was closing for the day, so I will be doing all of this tomorrow. I just hope all goes well and that it's not like everyone online is saying. I will be coming back on to update my review once I have gone through the process myself and give y'all an honest and clean review. I hope this experience goes smooth.

If I was not forced to leave a star I would not because they do not deserve to have any stars. My family bought a car from a dealership and PRco was the warranty company and the *** insurance company. They hardly covered anything when it came to the repairs on the car when it came to issues unless it was something small. Now when it comes to the *** insurance they are a joke and try to find any way out of helping to cover the *** claim. We have been fighting with them for over two months and they are not listening to our car insurance company and saying that the car insurance company owes more than what they have already paid which is not the case because the people that work for this *** insurance company are a rude to everyone and even yells at people. They are only looking out for themselves and not their customers. We have even asked to speak to one of the higher management people and so has our car insurance people with no surprise we did not get a call back.

The reason behind BBBs choice to include reviews such as yours on their site remains a mystery to us. We cannot find out your identity, as you have neglected to identify yourself properly. In addition, you failed to specify the nature of your complaint, so who knows if you are an actual customer?Considering our notable ******* history in the industry, it is essential for us to review the specific details of your complaint. We urge you to stop hiding behind social media and one-star reviews and instead reveal your identity. Through this process, we can review your file and respond appropriately. Readers of BBB can consider our viewpoint on your review and decide for themselves if PRco is the right company for them. *************************** PRco-Your Trusted Partner Since 1989

As a repair facility you'd be better off not doing business with this company as they will allow you to complete repair work and then force you to warranty non-warranty-able parts with threat of non-payment if you do not provide a warranty for parts that are non-warrantyable

*****, in our 34 years of operation, the only repair we did with you was in March 2023. We told you about the warranty requirements before starting the repair and you agreed. You performed the repair, and we paid the amount you asked for. Because of the vulgar language handwritten by you on *********** order, we told you that this would be the first and last time we'd work together.?Facts hold great importance. We cannot show the repair order you submitted because of ?the ?f?oul language. BBB readers would gain a completely different perspective if we did.

Prco gave me $100.00 for my GAP insurance claim and I was left to pay over $3000.00 when my car was totalled. This is a fraudulent company only seeking to take money from people.

AS A Repair Facility Trying To Do Business With This Company, I Rate Them As Garbage. Moving Forward, I Will Have Customers Pay For Repairs And The Customer Can Deal With ********************** ********. They Do NOT *************** Customer **********************! Too Many Hoops To Jump Through When Trying To Collect Payment. Takes Longer To Get Paid Than It Does To Repair The Vehicle

On May 31, 2022, *************** contacted us regarding our mutual customers vehicle and diagnosed the problem as a failed control module. On the afternoon of June 10, 2022, Mountain notified us that the replaced module did not fix the problem and they wanted to replace the rear differential clutch assembly. On Saturday June 11, 2022, we faxed Mountain asking to clarify their diagnosis. On June 13, 2022, **** from Mountain told us he did not receive the fax. After working with Mountain, we authorized payment on the same day.On June 30, 2022 at 9:58 am, Mountain used our automated payment system and their first attempt failed because there was a $9.49 difference in the amount authorized compared to their final repair order. This difference resulted from a June 15, 2022 telephone call when Mountain asked us to authorize $18.99 for gear oil. The final repair order stated $9.50, so we adjusted our authorization at 11:11 am the same day. On their second attempt at 11:19 am the same day, Mountain entered the wrong VIN. At 11:35 am, they collected payment. I am surprised the BBB allows this type of review. The foul language tries to cover up the lack of facts to support the complaint. After 33 years in business, we know customer **********************. As for their customer **********************, we received an emailed estimate from ******************** advised to fax to ********** and finally communicated for payment with ***************************** facilities around the US use our payment portal and we have received many compliments over the years. Mountain's payment problems resulted from their mistakes, as noted above.***************************
