    I purchased two CM5700 ************************ in August 2022.I registered my products for warranty when received. Two years later both machines have issues. One machine the needle on the brew gage broke and the coffee is warm not close to hot. The second machine leaks water all over. I have been in touch with customer service and was told the gasket needs to be replaced, However, the model and parts are now obsolete. I am offered a partial refund if I can find my Order Number two years later and after registering the product. Another piece of Sh_t out of ******STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

    Bought a combination coffee maker and milk frother. Worked fine for two weeks. Then suddenly the * ring that secures the frother lid to the unit wouldn't secure the lid, the spring mechanism inside the base unit "warped" from being round to oval shaped and it stopped frothing. Telephone number for the company doesn't exist. You can't get any email responses from them. Thankfully it was purchased from Amazon so it's going back.

    My sincreative coffee maker doesn't brew . The frother broke first, but it got replaced. When I start brewing, it made a lot of noise like it's brewing, but it's not. No matter what settings I put.

    This company Sincreative is absolutely horrible. They sent us a dead on arrival coffee espresso machine. They have no phone number to reach them. I had to send them an email telling them the coffee maker wasnt working at all. They requested a video which we sent them and then they refused to continue any contact with me, I have had to file with PayPal an escalation of a complaint in order to get money back. Dont buy from this company! You will be sorry you did.
