  Like others we were skeptical about working with Shrubhub, however for $300 or so I was willing to take the risk since we were dealing with a ***** square foot yard and not a national monument in *****. Our Program Manager (PM) was ***** Maximillian and he set up an initial consultation. From the outset he was professional, prompt and focused. His questions were right on as he led us through the design phase requirements. He informed us that the design would take at least 3 weeks. During the three weeks you wont see any back and forth emails or anything like that until the initial design is ready for you to review. For anyone reading this, the key to your design is to give the designers enough to work with they cant work in a vacuum, so cut them some slack because theyre not mind readers. Provide correct measurements, send them a copy of the property survey, provide plenty of photos on important features and take photos from every angle of your property. When you sit down via phone with your consultant/PM go over all wants and needs make sure you provide a budget amount that youre shooting for. Theres a big difference in what the designers can place into your design if you have a $500 budget or a $500,000 budget. ***** provided our initial design in less than 3 weeks. It was very nice, and we requested changes to the design. ***** cam back within a couple of days with an updated design and I must say that we were impressed. Everything is laid out, the plants they recommend are spelled out in terms of where they go and quantity needed. Based on our experience I highly recommend them and cant say enough about how professional ***** was in working with us. Thank you *****!

  I think the value from the design packages they offer are good I was a bit hesitant at first as I had used local designers in the area but they disappointed me with the final result however with Shrubhub honestly I got caught off guard on how professional they are from the consultation call to the design process to how long it took them to deliver (not long fyi) and the icing on the cake they even had recommendations for contractors that can come work on my yard and thank you for making my weekend perfect. ***** T

  I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with ShrubHub. Although they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, my experience was quite the opposite. After initially intending to spend around $300, I was repeatedly upsold into additional packagesultimately spending close to $2,000 without ever receiving a completed design or even a ********* my 30-day window was approaching with no communication or deliverables from their team, I requested a refund. I was told I was no longer eligible because work had begun, yet no substantial proof or design was ever provided. The only so-called proof of work they eventually sent was an extremely vague and blurry image that lacked any identifiable design elementsit looked more like a placeholder than an actual concept. See attachment. When I questioned the partial refund offer, it was unclear how they calculated it or why I would only be eligible for a fraction back when nothing was ever received.Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating and regrettable service experiences Ive had. Proceed with caution.

  Got my backyard design today I am pleased with the result took longer than usual as I had many requests on how I wanted everything placed but they accommodated all my requests which I do appreciate for them being super patient with me and they have a good team of designers even the consultants seriously considering doing my front yard next after I get some of my backyard done I am in the process of evaluating some contractor options they told me about or if I need to go looking for my own we will have to see but overall good job guys!You made by week thanks!   I did extensive research on finding the right design team to handle my new construction home project. We settled on ShrubHub as we felt the price was reasonable for what we wanted. The reviews backed up the service. I was assigned **** as my project manager. Everything was good during the first rendition so there was no need to communicate after our first consult. All our concerns, needs, and desires were addressed. We got our first rendition and was 70% in agreement with the product. We sent it back for our first revision. The website states we should receive it in 5-7 days. As of right now we are on day 13 and this is all business days. Our PM has completely went radio silent. We have sent several messages asking for updates even expressed how we were needing our plan finalize so we can submit to our HOA for approval. We reached out to HQ and they replied saying theyd have **** reach out to us. In normal circumstances I wouldnt be upset. However after purchasing the whole yard package for $997 our prices jumped up to almost $2k after wanting 3D renderings. Its not about the money but more the principle. I asked for 50% refund since they had already started the work. Again, HQ, didnt respond. At this point any help on how to handle this would be appreciated. I really dont want to handle this dispute in court but I will. To tell someone after payment was received that theyd have the person creating the problem is ridiculous. I will be taking further action beyond this review. Only receiving a one star do to work completed. Beyond that my experience has been beyond horrible.

  Avoid!!! This is a scam and money grab. I asked for a refund with the 30 day money back guarantee. They said yes then released a really bad design with a few structures in my yards, (I paid nearly $500 for front and backyard designs) the next day. . They won't honor the 30 day money back guarantee. The design part should be a free service because it is very elementary. They can stick to selling the plants and accessories. You emotional invest money and a lot of time for a waste of time. Avoid!!

  I was very impressed with what ***** and her team designed for my front yard! We had a lower budget range so I was not sure how the design would turn out, but the results were beautiful! We had to change the design couple times but ***** was patient through the process. Great communications and everything was done in a timely manner. I loved the 3D pictures which helped visualize the landscape with all the plants. I highly recommend Shrubhub and ***** for landscape design.

  From first meeting ***** with a phone call to receiving the design within days, I am very pleased! We are still making tweaks to the original design but am very happy with the product. The 3D is amazing, highly recommend! I have been putting off for 3 years the back yard of my new house. They listened to my concerns about dogs and yes, deer as we are out in the country. And it is really fun! They include descriptions and names of proposed plants so I can research them myself. Also, they are aware of weather conditions (like being HOT in *****) and took into consideration plants that would "weather" the storm. Again, just a really fun process.

  *** ***** was amazing and really helped my vision come together. We were building a new house and had a blank canvas and she painted a masterpiece. It made it easy to budget and avoid unexpected surprises. Cant wait to share the finished project

  Skeptical at FirstNow a Loyal ClientWhen I first signed up for StubHub, I honestly wasnt sure what to expect. But after my initial call with *****, any hesitation disappeared.
