  They have been excellent to work with. **** asked a lot of questions during our phone call so that he could be sure he understood what I was looking for. I just received my design ************** list & am very happy with all of it. I would definitely recommend them if you need help with landscape design

  I was very impressed with what **** and his team designed for my back yard!! For the reasonable price, I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I was "wow-*** by the beautiful designs! I asked for a covered porch area, hardscape, plantings, water feature, lighting, and pool/hot tub and they integrated everything beautifully, just as I asked. The plantings were appropriate for my location and a great variety. **** did it in a timely manner, too, and was so helpful and willing to change things as I asked. I was so impressed with the 3D pictures, enabling me to visualize the area!! I would recommend **** and ShrubHub.

  From start to finish I am super happy with the final product Shrubhub has been nothing but amazing during the design consultation and after sales support & response time has been the best they did my ******************** design in 3D technology nowadays is AWESOME!   I had a great experience working with Shrubhub on my backyard. *****, my project manager, was a clear and responsive communicator throughout the process. The team was consistently timely with their design deliveries (except for the last one, I checked in and it was already done!), and I really appreciated how accessible they were, chat or phone or ********* of the highlights was the 3D modeling - they brought a real sense of aspiration to the design while still anchoring it in practical details. The lighting concepts and plant choices were thoughtful. I also appreciated having multiple rounds of revisions, which allowed the final design to reflect both my vision and their expertise. I had to measure everything, explain my vision, and give them specifications to work with. But it all came together!For the price, I recommend Shrubhub for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space with both creativity and professionalism.

  They did a great job designing my backyard, **** made sure I liked the design and did 2 updates to the design to make sure it was just right. Now I am saving to budget for the suggestions.

  I had a really enjoyable experience with ShrubHub! ***** was incredibly helpfulshe answered all my questions with patience and was so friendly throughout the entire process. Ill admit I was a bit skeptical at first due to the dramatic price difference compared to what local landscape companies were quoting us. But Im so glad we decided to go with ShrubHub. The peace of mind we now have from seeing our design as a to-scale visual was absolutely worth it. It really helped us feel confident moving forward, and the whole experience exceeded expectations! Did I mention this was less than half what the contractors were quoting us and I didnt have to worry about being sold because ShrubHub isnt doing the bidding for our project.

  Very easy to use website. uploading photos was simple. My consultant **** was great to work with. he understood what we were asking for and he went above and beyond. never could have come up with that design myself. the rendering was absolutely amazing to see it all together

  I'm really dissatisfied with the Mandevilla I purchased from this company- it looks about 1/3 the size of the pictured potted item I thought I was purchasing. The pot looks like a seed starter pot, nothing like the image presented on their site. I spent $50 on something I could have gotten for $5 at **********. They sell other plants that do match their representation on their site, but I feel they are misrepresenting the actual size of this plant. They are not consistent in how they advertise their plants. I ended up purchasing from **********, for only $35, the same plant 4x the size ShrubHub sent. I did reach out to this company, but am dissatisfied with their lack of customer service.

  Shrubhub provided a very good landscape design. The process took us through several iterations until we landed on one that fit our needs perfectly. The plant consultation was great and we now have a complete list of the plants that will look great in our yard. This all took a bit of time, but i think it was worth the expense and time.

  What I loved throughout this process was the communication I didn't feel at any moment throughout the design process that I was being ignored they have excellent after sales support too I pitched to them a couple of ideas for my front-*********** yard and they showed me multiple options honestly I was skeptical at the start that they won't get what I want but it ended up working perfectly P.S the 3D package made things easier on my eyes and my spouses to see how our yard would look like highly recommended!
