    Please save your money, time and energy and don't buy anything from this company.We bought an autoclave steam sterilizer that caught on fire. It wasn't meant to be used in the **!When we tried to contact the company regarding this issue we got no response back, ever. There is no customer service because there simply is no service.

    You purchased this Sterilizer back in September 2023! . The unit you have received was 220V and you plugged it with 110V. Unfortunately, your order passed the 1-year replacement warranty.That's the reason we couldn't help you.

    We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of our recent order for electrical components, which were crucial for the success of one of our projects. We opted for 2-day delivery to ensure timely receipt of these parts.After five days without any shipment confirmation, we called customer service. We were assured that our order would be shipped that day. Unfortunately, it was not. We called again after the weekend, only to receive the same assurance, but instead of shipping the items, we received a notice of refund via email.This experience has been deeply frustrating. If the components were unavailable, the team should have informed us immediately, allowing us to source them elsewhere and avoid unnecessary project delays.Given this experience, we have decided that we will no longer be using SPW for our future orders. We hope SPW will take this feedback seriously to improve their service and communication with customers.

    Excellent Used Stryker Core Medical Unit Machine is a very expensive one and I was looking for the best. SPW offered me this one at a competitive price.SPW offers products of exceptional quality at competitive prices, making their products accessible to a significant market while maintaining high standards.

    July 12, 2023 My complaints start with (1) false advertising, (2) refusal to honor a contract to sell, (3) knowingly sending the wrong product which was $167 less expensive than what I paid and (price gouging) (4) not refunding the difference between this product and the product I originally paid for. A phase contrast microscope (T6100-IPL-PH ) was offered on the SPIndustrial website for $992. The website said that this item was available. I checked this several times on different days and it was still available at the time I paid with a credit card. My invoice was for $991 phase contrast written on it and the exact model number.Instead, I received a different microscope, T720Q (BZB8902585) This microscope was advertised (and still is) for $774. The box appeared to have been previously opened. There was no user manual and parts not needed were present. When I contacted SPWindustrial they required me to take a picture of the product and then offered a refund of $992.Since my invoice was written up for a different microscope and it was available, I insisted that they send it and I rejected the refund.When I visited the website several days later, the model I ordered was listed as sold out". Instead, it was listed with the same SKU for $1634. Clearly, it was NOT sold out. I felt that this was illegal according to consumer protections and fair trade practices in the *******************..I have already started using the alternate product, which I like and it cannot be returned. (I am a student with a Summer project that could not be delayed). If SPWindustrial will refund to my credit card the difference between $992 and $774 ($167) I will consider my complaint resolved. IMO these selling practices should not be tolerated by companies carrying the BBB seal which SPWindustrial prominently displays on their website. ***********************

    Claimed to have parts I needed in stock so I ordered, they then charged my credit card and clearly began looking for the used part online. Would always say they would get back to me later that day with an update but never would. Just ****** and you find what they are trying to sell you from another supplier at a mark up.

    The item you ordered has failed testing and we were not able to ship your order. You ordered a Ge Healthcare P-960 pump that has been discontinued and very hard to find. Due to your derogatory comments you are blocked from any further purchased from our website

    This company just steals pictures off other companies websites and advertise them as their own If you look them up on ****** maps they're clearly in a business park and not an industrial area of any kind Don't buy parts from them

    Misrepresented item: Picture of used Porvair ******* wasn't the instrument we received. Picture showed straight tips and item arrived had curved tips that were significantly damaged and virtually useless. It would have been non-functional. **************** was OK. We did receive a return authorization and shipping label and they issued a complete refund but not without extra email to remind them.

    I ordered an instrument that they claimed was on the shelf and in stock. I ordered the instrument sometime in May, they sent me a tracking number in my email that always showed me the item was not yet shipped. Later in July I called them and asked what was going on, they sent me a new tracking number and once I checked it the item seemed to have been delivered. However, I requested a direct signature for delivery. The person they have listed on the tracking is *************** who was not at work on the date they claimed it was delivered. The item was over $2k and its not in my possession. They have called our office demanding payment, cussed us like a dog, dropped the * bomb over and over again. They guy said his name was ****. I have also looked more at their web site and they have a lot of equipment listed on their site as new and available. One item in particular is a *olyon environmental chamber. Its still up on their site.https://spwindustrial.com/tabletop-temperature-humidity-test-chamber-new-made-in-usa/*olyon don't sale these ******** to their distributors for the price they have listed, about $6.4k. These ******** are almost $10k, we have one so that is what made me look into it more. I called *olyon and they also said that SPW was not a distributor and they don't have any of these items.Company is a scam, just look at all the bad reviews. They can keep sending me an Invoice but until I actually receive the equipment I ordered there is no way I am going to pay the bill.

    You are a fraudster . Your order was shipped and delivered and Signed by one of your workers name ****************. . You disputed the charge and your bank gave you back the money you paid for this order and you have possession of our product. We will send this to collections and contact our attorney to collect our product back.
