    They do not deserve a one star review! I signed a contract and paid $2,000 with down payment to TFG on 4 Jun 21. I was asked to forward any correspondence to TFG and asked not to talk to the Timeshare organization. However all communication has stopped since 23 Oct 21. I was emailed by a lawyer on 16 Dec 21 to say, their law firm is not handling any cases associated with TFG. Also replied thank you and good luck! Im just want my money back based on their refund policy.

    i paid for the service of take off my back the timeshare. time share should be banned and those people should be **** and timeshare freedom its a scam they take your money they just keep my money and have not solve anything. plus know i just received an email from the west gate time share charging me for taxes of the time share. for 4 thousand dollars i have to put 1 star rating because it does not allow to leave it blank.

    This company can not be trusted to carry out their word. My husband and I trusted this company to help us get out of our timeshare, We no long saw the need for it. We were not traveling to those designated resorts yearly. So, we saw it as a waste of money.Timeshare Freedom Group said that it could get us out of our timeshare because they have people the company has helped get out of their timeshares and are willing to work with us. This company said that they had an expert lawyer who was working with their grroup. We gave them thousands of dollars up front to start the process. From that point,we have not heard from them.

    I wish I read all these reviews before signing the contract with TFG in Feb. 2020. We probably didn't sign the contract and lose money. After a few email communications their customer services disappeared. I emailed and called many times but couldn't reach any one. Reading many other reviews, I may have to give up on the cancellation/exit of our timeshare. But if BBB or someone have some advise, I would like to know. BBB, you should change your star rating system so that we can enter no star.

    I would select ZERO stars if I could. Email doesn't work and they did nothing for my dad, who has been trying to work with them. Now their site is defunct.

    Scam scam its been 3 years I lost 4k and was promised to have my exit letter to be out of my timeshare or guarantee money back. Phone lines no longer work websites down no one never called timeshare freedom group basically scammed and robbed my family blind they even advertised on the local radio station.

    This company's a big scam if they ever contact you refusal or call your authorities, They took my money and ran and I can't even contact nobody before No more I give them 0 stars not even one Next time I do my research this 2nd time I happen to me. Once again 0 stars ot negative 5 star.

    This company is a BIG, BIG, SCAM.I contacted with them in 2018. In the beginning there were telephone calls letting me know that everything was going good. I paid over $6,000 to Equitable Acceptance to finance TSFG to exit the timeshare.I attempted telephone calls to find out phones are disconnected and e-****** are undelivered.I am now receiving bills from the timeshare company that I still owe a balance.I do not have money to just give away.I need help in trying to recover my money.

    Note: ZERO RATING.A scam company who said they work directly with ************ (CA) to exit my timeshare. Law firm also sent many emails and also claimed they would clean-up the mess left by Freedom Timeshare Group or reimburse my $3,000 payment, if in two (2) years they fail to exit me from my timeshare.I will be filing a claim with the ** office.*********************
