My wife and I went through Timeshare Freedom Group to get out of a Timeshare in 2018. We paid several thousand dollars to get out and it not have a negative effect on our record. We signed the deed back over to *********** in lieu of foreclosure and we were told that was it and we were good to go at the end of 2018. Fast forward to Oct 10, 2024 we were notified that we had a foreclosure on our record we were updating a farm insurance policy and they would not insure us. I have tried to reach via phone calls and none of the numbers that I have for Timeshare Freedom Group are active anymore. We are seeking help to have this foreclosure removed from our record and asking for help to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.Initial Complaint

Me and my wife hired time share freedom group to get us out of our time shares. We paid them over $7,000 dollars. At first we recieved calls from them telling us that everything was going good and that their lawyers where in top of everything, after a few months we stop getting calls and then we read that freedom group got sued for false promises. I would like to know if we can get the info on the case or a number I can reach out to get my money backInitial Complaint

Hired timeshare freedom group to get us out of a timeshare that never provided the product promises. They took a payment from is and ensured there would be no other payment for them to get us out of the contract. They reached out a couple times then fell silent. I emailed over and over nothing. Now attorneys contact me and say we can settle for 5k. I dont understand how I could give anyone more money at this rate. I want timeshare freedom to pay me back so I can get out of this. 1/23/21 Me and my wife went to Timeshare Freedom group to get help with canceling our Timeshare from ******** and we took money out of savings account to pay for this and get rid of a Timeshare we can't even use and got lied too. *********************** never returned our emails or calls afterwards. I reached out to time share freedom group for assistance to get out of a contract. I set up payments with this company and they guaranteed me that it would be resolved or I would get my money back. I stop hearing from them and the matter is still going on. NO one has reached out to me since. I just want my money back in full.Initial Complaint

I entered into a contract with Timeshare Freedom Group in 2019. The company promised to cancel my timeshare agreement or refund my entire payment. As time passed, I would receive periodic updates from Freedom Group on the progress of my account. They reassured me that my case was in good hands and negotiations to resolve my legal issues with Westgate Resorts were ongoing. After making 18 monthly payments to Timeshare Freedom Group, I was notified by the ************* that Timeshare Freedom Group filed a complaint against me for unpaid fees to settle a dispute. Timeshare Freedom Group violated my trust and neglected their promise to cancel my timeshare contract with Westgate. In addition to their false advertising and fraudulent behavior, they stopped reading out to me, disconnected their phones, and ran off with my money. Timeshare Freedom Group abandoned their contract with me, and lied about contacting Westgate Resorts on my behalf. My hope is to see Timeshare Freedom Group brought to justice and return my funds, with interest.Initial Complaint

On 5/10/14 we signed up for Great Destination timeshare. On 3/23/16 we divorced and split timeshare pmts. On 5/2/19 we signed a contract w/Timeshare Freedom and paid $3400 for them to release us from the $12,396.77 timeshare contract. Their svc agrmnt contaned a 3yr money back clause. We have seen no return of the money we paid Timeshare Freedom. We were referred to ******************************* Law, as the attorneys working w/Timeshare Freedom. It has been 9 yrs that we have faithfully made the timeshare pmts, excluding maint. fees. (We have never been to the resort). ******** has not been forthcoming w/returning calls or providing status updates and has only presented us with one unsatisfactory settlement offer approx. 3yrs ago. There has been nothing more since, by way of forward progress. We would like this matter resolved and are willing to pay a reasonable settlement to cancel the timeshare contract, as we have only $1,054.48 remaining on the original $12,396.77 contract with Great Destinations.Initial Complaint

We started the process with Timeshare Freedom Group (TFG) on 27 Feb 2019. We paid an upfront fee of $8195. During this time we received phone calls advising of the progress (?) of our transition out of our timeshare w/ Holiday ******** Vacations. The phone calls were typically the same ("The process takes time, COVID really slowed things down, be patient, we get calls every day that a client is released from their contract, it should happen soon, etc."). TFG also changed lawyers because the previous lawyer didn't make progress. We started to worry after the 2 year **** and so we wrote a review online about our disappointment. TFG quickly contacted us to advise that we would be out of the timeshare sooner because of their strong belief the process would work. 7 months later and only one phone call w/ the same update. We reached out for updates via email and received no feedback, so we finally ended our relationship w/ TFG and the appointed law firm.We can't recommend TFG due to the lack of communication, unclear exit methods, and inability to provide the service we paid for.Initial Complaint

I have paid thousands of dollars to Timeshare Freedom Group and was advised they have not started any proceedings regarding getting rid of my timeshare with **************** Vacations. They lied about using an attorney to assist with the process and I am unable to contact them via phone or email.
