    Date of transaction - Apr 23, 2024 Trade Show Planners call me saying they are the official room booking arm of RSSI/REMSA annual conference in July 2024. They said that was the last day to book the room at the discounted rate and I told them to book room. The rate quoted was $156 or something. But the total amount charged to my card was $409.40 for 2 nights which seemed higher. They said cancelation was available until 14 days prior to stay.After this call, I got similar calls in the next couple of days and I checked with RSSI about this and they said they do not know or have any connections with this group. Then I decided to send an email to them and requested cancellation of the room I booked. They initially refused to refund the whole amount citing some bank transaction fees.I called bank and confirmed about all these happenings and got confirmation that they don't charge anything like a transaction fees. Then finally the ** Planners agreed to pay up the whole amount on April 29th. They said will be credited 5-7 business days after. But it's been over three weeks now and haven't received the credit yet. Request you to please check with them and get the refund of $409.40 back to my credit card.Thank you, - *******

           Greetings from TSP!

    First of all we do apologize for any miss-understanding you faced with us , and we would like to confirm that our representatives aren't saying that we are affiliated with any show and you already signed a contract with us states so.

    Seconedly , after signing the online booking form with us you recieved an approval mail from our end confiming the requiered amount to be paid and you already replyed back with " I approve " , the $159.00 that we offerd you was the flat rate without any taxes or charges but the mail that you approved on was the total required amount .

    However, we understood your concern and we refunded back the amount to your CC and it should be reflected on your CC by 24 May 2024 excluded the bank transaction fees which includes all the fees from your CC company end and our bank end  to process the transaction back and forth.

    So you need to go back to your CC company and check with them where is the delay from thier side .
