This company calls repeatedly to ask how many people we have attending a specific conference. They act as though they are with the organization in question (they aren't) and try to sound like they are calling on behalf of the conference. We tell them we are not interested in their services, and they call back again and again and again.

The last person they had call ** flat out refused to tell us what he was "following up" on (quotation marks because there was no initial contact or business to follow up on) regarding a trade show we are attending. This is the kind of scam companies all trade shows warn you against.

These people are harassers and fraudulent imo! They constantly call my work number to get me to book upcoming conferences "through" them, when I always only work DIRECTLY with the host association -never a third party. The one time i made the mistake of doing so, not knowing any better, it took an act of congress to get it all canceled and refunded. Never again. This sort of intervention into typical business processes should be illegal..because nothing good comes out of it, and it only seeks to put money in their pocket, and take MORE out of yours. One star for this group of crooks is too many.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. DO NOT book any hotel accommodations with this company. They make their money by getting people into a non-refundable contract with 50% deposit. You are much better off booking directly through a hotel (where you can usually get a full refund up to 2 days ahead of your check-in date!). I don't understand how they are still in business. My colleague unknowingly made reservations through their company because he thought they were affiliated with a supercomputing conference. They are a third-party booking service that should be avoided at all costs.

***** had helped me get reservations in for the ****** conference, and was extremely flexible when I needed to make last minute changes with the hotel. I have worked with other booking agencies but ***** had the best turn around time for response.
