I am writing to formally report my unresolved financial relationship with Norada Capital. In May 2024, I entered into a promissory note agreement with Norada Capital wherein I provided the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) as a loan to the company. The contractual terms stipulated:1. A lending period of five (5) years;2. Monthly interest payments at a rate of seventeen percent (17%) per annum; and 3. Full repayment of principal upon maturity of the term. The agreement commenced in May 2024. However, as of June 2024, Norada Capital ceased making the contractually obligated interest payments, after only one month of performance under the agreement.Upon inquiry regarding these missed payments, I was informed by ***** **********, President of Norada Capital, that the promissory notes had been converted to equity. It should be noted that:a) No prior notification of this conversion was provided to me;b) No documentation evidencing this purported conversion was furnished; and c) No consent for such conversion was sought or obtained from me as required under the terms of our agreement.I have made multiple formal requests for either:- The return of my principal investment of $25,000.00; or - Proper documentation confirming my equity ownership in the ********** date, I have received neither the return of capital nor any equity documentation that would substantiate Mr. ************ assertion regarding conversion.

Buyer Beware! ***** ********** must not be trusted! If you are investing or seeking advice from him, he will betray your trust. Don't take my word for it; just conduct a web search on Norada Default! Also, don't let him attempt to shift topics elsewhere, or play ignorant to the subject. He's taken millions of dollars from hard working Americans on several investments knowing that he would just take the money and not follow through on his promises. You'll see more coming out on this shortly! 100's of people are devastated, and as a CEO and co-owner, ******* actions demonstrates shifting financial records, shifting ownership in different entities, deceitful marketing practices, outright lies, and much, much more. Before you do anything with any company, get the third party audit records of the financials. If they don't provide it, run!

The contract of my investments was broken. Interest payments stopped June of 2024. The CEO, ***** ********** has been contacted and his return email was very vague as to how he plans on returning all the investor's principals. Advertisements by Mr. ********** have continued stating the same returns on investments with low risk as his company has stopped paying the returns promised. I fear this may be a Ponzi scheme. Taking new investor's money to pay the returns of excessing investors.

You have the wrong company. Norada *********************** does NOT raise funds or issue Promissory Notes. It only deals with turnkey rental property.  Please remove this "review" as it is not applicable.  Thank you.
