The owner, ***** **********, has defaulted on over 600 promissory notes worth over $92M. Norada employees and ***** continued to recruit investors even after defaulting. I personally loaned Norada 2 notes which ***** defaulted on. Currently Norada and ***** are under investigation by several federal agencies and have several open civil suits. Norada REI and Norada Capital Management are affiliated by virtue of having the same owner and operator. How Norada *********** gets a A+ rating is a mystery. The owner, certain employees, associates and other Norada companies should not be operating, in fact they should be in jail for operating a Ponzi scheme.

The way that ***** answers the reviews by saying we have the wrong company is disingenuous. Norada ****************** and Norada Real Estate Investments are run by the same man. He even offers NCM promissory notes ON the real estate page! His decisions in dealing with promissory note investors has been shady and not in keeping with the contract we signed.

Norada Real Estate advertised for investors for Norada ****************** on its website.I am ************************************************** Norada Capital and after only one payment they stopped payments.I cut and paste the add below from Norada Real Estate. To say they dont raise funds or issue Promissory notes is misleading.I trusted them and now I am not receiving the income I was promised. I will never trust Norada again and anyone thinking about doing business with them should do their due diligence.Predictable Income with Promissory Notes Monthly Passive Income with up to 16.7% Interest You dont have to chase unpredictable returns offered by the stock market!Norada ****************** is providing investors the opportunity to invest in promissory notes with fixed rates of return from 12% up to 16.7% per year.

You have the wrong company. Norada Real Estate Investments does NOT raise funds or issue Promissory Notes. It only deals with turnkey rental property.  Please remove this "review" as it is not applicable.  Thank you.

Very disappointed with my investment I made in a promissory note, that has been defaulted on and converted to equity in their company. I was promised a monthly interest payment and now there is nothing. I'm hoping I get my investment back. I'm feeling a bit swindled at the moment.

I invested a large amount of money with Norada ****************** this past February after hearing their advertisement on the Passive Real Estate Investing Podcast. After receiving several monthly payments, they defaulted on their July payment and informed me that my investment was going to be converted to equity, per the contract. That's not what myself and other investors signed up for, and to date the equity conversion has still not happened. Even if it does, we have no idea what we are getting into and information about the transaction has been very limited so far. Please be aware that there are currently government investigations into Norada and I would advise anyone to stay clear until this situation has been cleared up.I will revise/update my review as things progress.

I also invested a large sum of money with ****** Norada Company and they defaulted their payments this year and have provided very little assurance that the investment can be returned. The new deal with the conversion to equity is extremely one-sided to benefit Norada.

I invested a large sum of money with Norada Capital and 3 months later they defaulted on the monthly payments. We are told that the promissory note was converted to company equity but that was 5 weeks ago and still no word on what my shares are worth, if anything. At this point it would not be wise to invest any money with this company. To be fair, I will revise this review when something positive happens.
