We purchased our home on April 14th 2022. We had to sign a contract with Solar Manager llc due to the previous owners. I was making payments from May 2022- up until I found out the system was not working. I was refunded the amount for those months. However the solar company began to bill me once again March of 2023. They were sending techs out but had not fixed the solution. I have voicemails beginning in October ,January through June in which techs were to service the system. The last tech they say fixed it did not touch my system. I asked for an invoice which they would not provide.I have spoken with many of the employees there who are unprofessional. It is my belief also that if this system did not work upon my purchase then that should void the contract. I have plenty more notes . Please help and thank you.

In February Solar Manager contacted me regarding my solar not communicating with their equipment. The person I spoke to assured me that my solar panels were still producing energy when in fact they were not. PG & E employee checked how long my panels were not producing energy. The last time they were producing was July 2022, -35.962000 kWh had been produced. They had not been working from August 2022 through March 2023. Solar Manager ordered the part in February. On April 3rd the technician was at my house replacing the part that was not working. April 2023 is when the panels finally started producing. -0.043000 kWh had been produced in April. Solar Manager is refusing to assist me in any way with the True Up bill $2,041.92. I feel that it is not my fault, and I had no knowledge that it was not working properly. Solar Manager should have detected the malfunction sooner.
