      Received a call from Mrs. ********* harasses and insults people, she also really enjoys hanging up on them as soon as she's done harassing you. She's also a liar that says she's the highest in the company and has no supervisor, but according to everyone else, he supervisor is the manager of the billing department. His name is ***** ******, though he won't give you his last name when he knows he's acted improperly. If filing a complaint, he refuses to take it by asking you, "what do you want" multiple times. He makes fun of you for being offended by his staff member's bad behavior. They are horrendous! And this company is where the bullies go when they can't name it in the world because they're given the freedom to harass anyone they wish with no repercussions.They act very high and mighty for a company that only has 5 employees and only generates a little of $161,000/yr, and despite trying to bully people still had to take out a $51,000 PPP loan (although they state not to have any issues).They're customer service is deplorable. And from my interactions with Mrs. ********* and ***** ******, they're just as disgustingly horrible. I can only assume ******* *******, **** ********, and ********* ******** are just as bad. Though, ******** ****** is a peach!

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would. These folks were kind enough to put me on autopay, even though I never gave them permission. Pretty sure that's a nice little EFTA violation or the **** but whatever, you know? In addition to that, the company that installed solar on ******* must've done a bang-up job, as I have a steadily increasing, hefty true-up bill through PG&E every year--more crooks. First year, $2,000+, second year $3600+, and this year, I'm on track for a $5000+ bill. Really, really great work, guys.
