      I ordered hearing aids from this company 2 years ago. Since then, I have had to return the hearing aids for replacements 3 times. Each of the last 2 times, I was told by the owner ******* that I would receive my replacements within 3-4 weeks. Each time I waited over 4 months, and am currently in the 4th month this time. The owner constantly lies and blames his shortcomings on the manufacturer of the hearing aids. I am thoroughly disappointed in my decision to work with someone as untrustworthy as *******. He was anxious to get my business and credit card information, and since then the customer service has been horrific. I’m not sure if I’m the only one you’ve heard from about this business, however, I don’t feel I am. I hope there is something you can do to keep other people from being taken advantage of from this business. I did not click on the box asking for my money back, but if you could make that a possibility I would greatly appreciate it. I appreciate you reading this, and look forward to hearing from you concerning this complaint. Thank you

      We apologize to all our customers for this complaint which was uncalled for, and for this person. The customer send hearing aids for service in 2 times in the  past, but the problem was not with hearing aids, but the earwax problem. Both times hearing aids were replaced by the factory as per request instead of cleaned or serviced, which took 2 weeks(not 4 month as customer claims).  Customer still didn't follow basic cleaning procedures required with any hearing aids. Last time patient sent his Styletto 7 connect(which is very old model) factory didn't have a replacement in that color. We went above and beyond with our service with this customer and sent him a brand new set of Styletto 7AX(model that was just released) hearing aids to use until the factory has exactly the same model that he was using. We also refunded his purchase for the inconvenience! After all that, this person filed this frivolous complaint because the hearing aids we sent him to use were not exactly the same color.  Unbelievable! We also just sent him another set of hearing aids(brand new, and at no charge in the color he wanted. I don't think ANY company would do that to satisfy their customer. You can read our review from all the customers and judge for yourself. We wouldn't have an A+ rating with BBB after over 25 years in business if we didn't provide excellent service. Thank you for reading this response, and again we will continue working with this customer resolving any issues(even unreasonable requests and complaints) Our goal is to satisfy all customers, even the one who can never be satisfied.
