      Recently bought a new set of hearing aids from them. It was a wonderful experience. **** is very knowledgeable and helped me weed through all the options. I highly recommend them!!

      I have had other hearing aids in the past and one I bought through my. Health. Insurance thinking it. Must be. The best deal and. Quality. I was wrong. After doing research I found fix your ears. And. *******. The. Owner. I saved. Over. Half of. The. Money I spent. On my. Last hearing and and. The quality and level of. These. Hearing aids. Blows my. Other ones out of the water. This is too much positive statements to say about these hearing aids. I am able. To. Hook them up with. My. Smart phone to. Control all settings unbelievable. The. Response. And actions. Of ******. Is not to be believed. All. Questions, issues and requests. Are. Answered right away. In. All. My. Years. This. Has. To. Be. One. Of. The. Best. Things. I. Have. Done. Buying. And. Dealing. With. This. Company

      This the second pair of hearing aids I have purchased from **** at Fix Your Ears. I find that his prices are very reasonable and provides exceptional customer service. I find that he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful if you have an issues. If you dont get him when you call him, he gets back to you within minutes. Something that is very rare in this day and age.

      ******* is awesome. Prices are much less expensive for the same product. Great remote service and support. I would not hesitate to recommend even though I was nervous at first to buy off the internet and get remote support. Just purchased my second set. Highly recommend.

      My review is really less than one star. I'm hurt and frustrated. I purchased hearing from this company 6 months ago. Since then, I've had to return the right one to a PO Box. After a long process I finally received another right hearing aid. Now, another month or so later, the right hearing aid is totally out - not working. For 3 weeks I have been trying to contact fix Your ears (*******). Have not received a response yet. I've called and texted, left messages. Complete silence. I'm left with expensive hearing aids that don't work after having them for less than 6 months.When I called the first time they failed, the company acted as if I did something wrong. The attitude was as if I was bothering them.I'm so sorry I bought from this company. I warn anyone considering working with them.I see there are reviews dated May and June of 2025, the same time I'm getting zero response from them. Something is not ********'s not my fault that "new hearing aids" are not working. I guess I'm considered the villain for wanting hearing aids that work after going into debt to purchase them as a senior citizen.Shame on you.

      We apologize for this person's review which is absolutely false and was done under influence of her local audiologist, since she didn't buy hearing aids from him. I personally was in touch almost every day, by phone, email and text. Hearing aids were replaced twice with brand new hearing aids. She did not send one hearing aid at the time either, because both had to be programmed together every time. This person has severe earwax problem and refused to follow instructions for simple maintenance, like changing filters, changing ear tips , and having the ears cleaned out. Everything was done in very timely fashion on our part. I personally have 18 texts, 9 recorded phone calls and 14 answered emails. We always go an extra mile for our customers and do absolutely everything we can. The outside influence by local audiologist apparently worked this time. Please check our other reviews. We have been in business over 28 years and always provide the best possible service!

      I have been wearing hearing aids for the past four years. I was in need of an upgrade. I was researching online for Signia hearing aids. By shear coincidence, Fix your ears **** happened to pop up in an ad offering and claiming substantial savings. I mean serious money. Almost too good to be true, or so it seemed. I was so curious, I decided to call and I am glad I did. My call was answered by an awesome gentleman named ******. He was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and extremely considerate. He explained how the company operates and how the savings are able to be passed on to the consumer by dealing directly with the manufacturer. After being treated like royalty by *******, I decided to take a chance. ******* assisted me with my purchase, help set up my account with Care Credit, and had my new hearing aids professionally programmed (once he received my hearing test report) before shipping the hearing aids out the same day they were ordered. I received my new hearing aids as promised (2 days later (**** PRIORITY). I am so glad I happened upon Fix Your Ears **** and *******. What an awesome experience. I am still pinching myself. I cant believe how much money I saved. **** also sent me an invoice with all the information needed to submit to my insurance for faster reimbursement. Not a 5 star rating more like 10 star.       They have very competitive prices, and a good selection of brands. It saved me hundreds by buying a CROS device that I was interested in purchasing. The free programming is also a great option. I paid $400 for my audiologist to program it, but would have saved it if I had gone with these guys.

      I received my hearing aids about a week ago, I am very pleased with the quick response from *****. I had a problem with my right hearing aid and put a call in, I was very happy when he called me back with in 5 min. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking to buy a great hearing aid. Oh by the way did I tell you that he saved me over $4200 !!
