    I ordered a slide from them the end of January 2022. Contacted them about it on February 24 2022 and was told it would be done the end of March early April. Wrote them again on May 18 2022 stating I still had not received my slide and when could I expect to receive it. No reply. So I wrote them again May 26 2022 asking for a refund and still have not received a reply. Now it is July 29 2022 and they still have not reached out to me.

    Several emails exchanged. May 2, 2022 I was informed that lead times ballooned to 16 weeks. My slide was "in machining".

    Another email state it "should" ship by June 15.

    Here I am, Jul 27, 2022. Well past the 16 week inflated lead time, with no slide and no further contact since at least 2 weeks ago.

    I just want my product I paid for and I feel like I'm being led on. They have terrible communication skills and that is unacceptable for a "custom" product.

    I've attached the email exchange. It's very disappointing and off-putting. I know I cannot recommend a company that operates in this manner, no matter how good the product is.

    Hello, I purchased a product through DV8 Tactical/Dynamics back on December 25, 2021 (Order #41983. I have not received any information or update on my order. I have reached out on serval occasions through there website. It is now coming up on 8 months I have ordered and paid in full for my product. At this point I am questioning if this is a legitimate company that actually produces anything they claim to make and/or sell. I am one of several hundred people who feel that we are being taken advantage of by this company. I would ultimately like to get my issue resolved by any means at this point. Thank you.

    I ordered a handgun slide on April 6, 2021. I was billed $338. DV8 began to state they were having supply chain issues and manufacturing was being delayed. This was understandable. On January 14, 2022, I had had enough and requested via email that my order be cancelled. I received a response that if the order had not been completed already it would be cancelled and refunded. On March 31, 2022, I received notification that my order had been completed. On April 21, 2022, I requested an update because I still had not been notified of shipping. I received no response. On May 2, 2022, I received shipping notification. To date, I have not received my slide. The tracking number, **********************, indicates that the item has not left the shipping location. The only response I receive from the company is that they will forward my concerns to another person, and then I hear nothing. I paid for their product over a year ago, have not received it, and want a refund.

    The package maybe lost in transit, the order was shipped on 5/2/22 but does not show delivery scan. We'll contact the customer directly to address the issue.
