    I had an iPod touch 3rd generation that needed a replacement battery installed. So I logged into www.ipodbatterydepot.com and purchased that service. I chose their normal install service option 2, and they charged my credit card $65.87 on 5/17/2023. Then 2 weeks later I received from them a pre-paid **** Priority shipping box, for shipping my iPod to them. The **** tracking no. was ********************** and **** confirmed that my iPod was delivered to their ************* address on 6/3/2023 at 10:57 a.m. (Please notice that this address is different than their *********** address listed in the BBB website). According the information in the following link, *************************************************************************, under Option 2, my iPod should have been shipped back to me 5 days after they received it. Yet I never received my iPod.I left several messages on their answering machine, (They never pick up the phone). I also left a Support Ticket message on their website regarding this matter. However they never responded.For your information, I contacted ********* regarding the $65.87 charge on my credit card, on 7/8/2023. They opened an investigation (Dispute ID: ***************, and issued me a conditional $65.87 refund till they complete their investigation. So I am quite certain that I will get the keep the refund permanently, once they complete the investigation. But I want my iPod back as well, or if they lost my iPod, I want the company to reimburse me $100 so that I can purchase another used iPod, and that is my request here. Looking at ****** maps, it appears that the address in ************* to where I mailed my iPod is a private residence, while *************** address is a *** store in a strip mall. I have not contacted any attorney, nor filed a lawsuit. However, I have also reported them to the **************** ******************

    I purchased an iPod battery, when it did arrive, it didn't fit, it was too fat. See the attachment that clearly shows it is the wrong size. I followed the instructions for an exchange and mailed back the battery. (I have delivery confirmation) I made three communication attempts to avail. I would like a refund or a battery that fits.

    I ordered battery and installalion service for my ipod and after a month of waiting and sending text and telephone calls, never has a response from the company. I did called my bank to make a dispute to get my money back. This company is scam. I wish i can get back the ipod which belong to a dead friend for a gift. Thank you.     BBBorg,On 2/18/23 I paid $55.94 by credit card to ipodbatterydepot.com. I would send my ipod by mail to them and they would change the battery and mail it back to me. I spent $11.50 for shipping and handling by **** for which i have a receit for. Ipodbatterydepot.com gave me a false address to send it to. I got the package back stating that it was undeliverable. I have emailed them numerous times and have called them by phone. They never respond back to me and there is no one there to pick up the phone. So far I have lost a total of $67.44 Please help me in any way that you can.

    Received my IPod battery kit order on 12-11-22 from IPod depot finally. But while weeks went by and know response from this company regarding my order, I found the same IPod kit locally and purchased it. So once this order on 12-11-22 arrived I turned around and re-mailed it back to IPod Depot on 12-12-22. Several weeks went by and I sent a email asking why I havent received my $25.94 credit on my CC yet. This was on 12-24-22. A few days went by with No Response. On 1-1-23 I then filled out there return ticket request form explaining Ive sent my battery IPod kit back to you weeks ago and still havent received my Credit. Its now 1-8-23 and still havent received a email or phone call regarding my return. Have I been ripped off? Does this company simple steal customers money? This is really a simple return transaction and a credit to my CC I used. This company guarantees with in 30 days of returns you will receive a Full Refund. My return qualified for this.My original order number was ******

    Battery and insertion kit purchased, received delivery date but never delivered 2 responses from them, one sorry not yet delivered and one that order being investigated Order number was 654906.Order/purchase date was July 27 and credit card charged July 30 to retail sales online
