    I paid and shipped off 2 Ipods for battery instillation on 7/17/23 following all their instructions.Shipped on 7/21/23, **** tried delivery on 7/25 - no one there authorized to sign for.7/30 **** sent them a reminder to contact them. Last tracking info still waiting for them to pick up. I have sent 6-7 inquirers via their website. No Replies to any of them. Their phone says use web site. Does no good. I am awaiting **** to return package, but will be out what I paid to have them install the batteries and what it cost me to ship. At this point just want my IPods back. I used them quit a few years ago to buy a battery I put in and had no problem getting that battery. Only sent to them because did not want to mess with soldering in batteries I see from complaints a lot are from 2022 & 2023 If they can't handle the workload they need to stop selling and accepting peoples orders.

    This business is a scam. I sent them two Ipods to have the batteries replaced and have not heard from them despite my attempts to reach them via their website and by phone.My guess is that they are running a scam to get Ipods from people which are not working because of a dead battery. They never intend to repair and return the Ipod(s). They are waiting for the customer to cancel their order and get their money back. They are not going to send the Ipod(s) back to the customer. Instead, they will repair the Ipods by putting in a new battery and sell them on ***** If somebody with good sleuthing skills checks **** I bet they will find a site specializing in selling refurbished Ipods with a connection to Ipod Battery Depot.

    I purchased an ipod battery and installation from them on 11/06/2022. Received a form email that said my transaction was "processed" and my shipment should "go out today." Shipment?? All I was expecting was a box to send in my ipod for battery installation. Received the same email on 11/09. I inquired about the box and service on 11/15. No response. If you try to register a complaint at their website, you run into a wall--no response. This is a scam and should be shutdown. I guess I lost my $69.94, but at least I still have my ipod. It's my bad--I should have checked the site on BBB, but I would like my money back, if possible.

    I submitted a CC payment on 8/22/2022 for a battery and their service for replacement for my iPod and a charger for $69.94 and have had zero communication from them. I have tried reaching the *** through their email ticketing and leaving voicemails with zero response. What's my recourse for resolving this?

    I sent my **** to these creeps for a battery installation. They received the **** on 6/21, and supposedly did a pre-check after which they have stated the latest ship date would be 7/19. It has not happened! I have called these creeps many times and left messages to call me and explain where my **** is, as well as opening tickets to get my **** back. These people are the most NON-********* FRIENDLY people I have ever dealt with. I am asking you to please try to get my **** shipped back to me? If you can be of any assistance in this matter, I deeply appreciate your help,Sincerely;****************************** -
