    MonthlyClubs has been our go to one stop gift shop for several years, especially during the holidays. The staff has always been helpful assisting us with ideas and their fast shipping is super convenient.

    My whole experiance with monthly cubs has been terrific. Ordering on line is very easy - the website works efficiently and is easy to follow. I had difficulty with my payments (billed twice for an order) but their cutsomer service was able to resolve the issue in minutes. I did not have to wait for a customer servcie rep to answer my call and he was able to understand my situation and complete the refund within minutes.

    The delivery and monthly selections were great. However, customer service *****. They haven't returned e-mails, a phone message, and when I called- I was on hold for 15 minutes and it went to voice mail.

    The Fresh Cut Flower of the ********** review I bought the flower of the month programs for 6 months as a gift for my mother in law for mother's day of 2023. during the 2nd week of June i come to find she had never received any flowers at all from them. I call the company and am told that the May delivery was damaged in transit. I was never told about this nor was my MIL. As a compensation, they offered to extend my subscription one extra month at no charge, and add the never received May delivery to the end of the subscription. She is due to receive ****** delivery next week**** we'll see how it goes. Biggest issue is had I not called them, would they have done anything? Watch this one**** the Jury is still out.

    Purchased a 6 month subscription as a gift last year and the recipient loved it. So I this year I got them the full year. Unfortunately this company is not very responsive. I get NO emails confirming the monthly shipment so I emailed them and suddenly the shipment isnt going to happen until June. Supposedly.

    We really enjoy the monthly subscriptions for Beer and Wine. We have experienced different beers and wines we would have never tried without the membership. A text is sent the day before to ensure someone is available to sign for the shipment. A signature is required by someone 21 or older. I would recommend trying the membership, its easy to manage.
