    On May 6, 2025 at 00:00, I purchased $20.99 USD worth of tokens on Chaturbate using my account (username: *********. Immediately after the transaction was completed, my account was banned without any explanation.I am unaware of having violated any terms of service, and I have previously purchased tokens without any issues. On May 6 at 00:05, I contacted Chaturbate support to request an explanation. Later that same day at 15:00, I submitted a refund request. Neither message has received a *********** of May 21, 2025, I have received no explanation, no refund, and no reply from their support team. I find this lack of communication highly unprofessional, and the fact that I was banned immediately after making a payment is deeply concerning and feels exploitative.I respectfully request a full refund of $20.99 and a clear explanation for the account ******** regards,***** PS, my postal code is 9231 but your system required 5 numbers, so I added 0 to the end.

    Hello. I haven't received any replies from chaturbate for months, and I haven't received the last payment of about $548 after the $48 transfer deductions. The transfers arrived quickly and without any problems until now. The current unsuccessful payment was released on *****. Please help.

    On April 1, I logged onto my newly-created Chaturbate account, and bought 1000 tokens for $79.99. As soon as the transaction was completed, my account page was replaced by a message appeared that said Account Banned, with no explanation Mind you, this was a brand new account - I hadnt even used it yet. I was using a refurbished device, so I understand that perhaps its a hardware ban relating to its previous owner. But whats unacceptable is the fact that Chaturbate even allowed me to create an account and log in in the first place, and also that the $79.99 transaction went through all while I was logged in. It was only after, and immediately after, they took my money that the account was banned. Ive contacted support for ah explanation. Ive contacted billing support requesting a refund clearly Im never going to be able to use the tokens so it seems reasonable to ask for a refund, especially when I never even got a chance to use the account. I only receive automated responses via email mail. When I called billing support, they said there was nothing they could do with regard to refunding token purchases, and that I would have to wait for an email from *******, who operates Customer Support. Having dealt with ******* before on other platforms, I can say with confidence that my chances of ever getting an email response are slim. I would like to receive the refund to which I believe Im entitled, without having to go through the hassle of disputing it with my credit card company.

    My accounts were banned without reason. They even accepted my purchase and charged me for it, but I was banned from using it. I want a refund of the money I spent that was I was not allowed to use. I've tried contacting them with no response.

    I am having Data Breach problems with Multi_Media LLC (Chaturbate.com) adult cam website that are allowing under age kids to make a profile on their website. Multi-Media LLC adult cam website is allowing multiple devices to be logged in the same account allowing access to your data and services from various locations. Chaturbate.com should not allow multiple devices to be logged in the same account because of invasion of privacy. My personal problem was that someone stole my username and password to Chaturbate.com adult cam website and the person who stole my username and password gave my login information to all my friends and everybody was invading my privacy because everybody that was logged in my account was able to see all my chatting messages that i was having with the cam girls i didn't receive no type of notification to let me know that someone else had logged into my ******************************-Media LLC Chaturbate.com should only allow one device to be logged in per account to avoid problems of invasion of privacy.

    Hello I am a happy and loyal broadcaster on the Chaturbate platform and I was banned without reason and given no opportunity to dispute the claim.Multi Media Lllc is an alternate name for. Chaturbate.I have been a loyal and faithful broadcaster for 7 years. In the interest in good faith, I will say crazy things are said to broadcasters daily and occasional warnings were given by the website, and discussions always occurred that resolved the situation without further problems.Sometimes it was a 100% mistake by Chaturbate to ban me, and others were minor violations where I apologized and did not repeat. I had zero interest in braking the rules, nor did it ever benefit me financially.I took all warnings seriously and respected the website.Since the ban, I have contacted the website 20+ times by email and phone including Multi Media, to no avail. No response was ever sent.The ban resulted in me not being able to be paid-out thousands of dollars that I have rightfully earned and cannot continue to broadcast and earn more.I love being a broadcaster and desire to be fully reinstated. I can guarantee I never did anything so egregious where a permanent ban was warranted.I apologize profusely for anything I may have done, and contend there is a reasonable explanation that would justify my reinstatement to everyones happiness.Please take my claim seriously as I have tried continuously for months to discuss this matter.     Multi-Media LLC doing business as Chaturbate.com is promoting the selling of child ****, drugs and other illegal activity. They will close out your account when you have a large sum of money in your account. I lost over $10,000 dollars when they illegally banned my account after I brought up the illegal activity on their website.

    Elijahkinky on chaturbate made an offer on or near 8/24/24 while streaming on chatburbate that he was selling underwear. I messaged him on Instagram. He said if I paid $90, he'd ship them. I paid $90 to him through Cash App but never received them. He's read but ignored my subsequent messages. 1. Multi Media needs to remove $90 from Elijahkinky's chaturbate account. 2. ********************** needs to shut down the fraudster's account.

    I am a victim of domestic violence live on stream under the username futamakis_room on the website Chaturbate.com. Because of this, Chaturbate banned my account. This is a platform that I have used to build a community and its not right that I did not violate any terms or conditions. Ive paid the company thousands of dollars from my performances and cant get any contact back from the company regarding my account status.

    Charges were made and used on my account without my authorization and direct knowledge. My accounts and social security number were breached in one of multiple company leaks due to this my Chaturbate account was hacked, well that's what I assumed since I hadn't made the charges! This is purely about a refund for unauthorized charges. They did their investigation and explained that my account was legitimately charged and authorized by me no refund to explanation. I explained again it hadn't come from me. The gentlemen mentioned he would be glad to send the reports to a bank or police station. I said great but I can do that, send them to me I'll take em in and my lawyer can make copies and get in touch if he needs something else.I have yet to receive those reports and am not sure if I have to put in a request for information or if I have to go thru a state run agency to get them information. Please help me obtain records of my so called legitimate account or some semblance of an apology refund. Thanks again
