      I have tried to cancel my service with them on multiple occasions and instead of letting me cancel they keep trying to sell me something. I was willing to pay the fee to cancel and they just wouldnt let me. Im tired of talking to their customer service and them not listening to what the customer wants. For dealing with there poor customer service I want a refund because they have not provided quality work nor customer service. I legitimately told them Id pay the fee to get out of the contract and they would not let me.

      On May 26th ****** and his crew of two other men came to my door offering pest control. ****** told me that because my neighbor pays them, it would only be $150 for service. I told him no, I'm moving soon. He said that was fine. All I had to do was call and cancel and tell them I'm moving. I said I didn't want to be charged extra and asked if I would, he said no, I wouldn't because I'm moving. I called the office to speak to someone because I saw on ****** reviews they've lied others. I wanted to be sure they would uphold their end. ****** texted me from his personal phone number and told me to tell him when I'm canceling. Before the team left, I requested a copy of the agreement. He wouldnt give it to me. He said just call the office. June 7th 11:20 am the office called to transfer my service or charge me for early termination. ****** told me on start up that since I was moving, I wouldn't be charged. *** ignored me and repeated that she wanted my information to transfer my service.She continued to harass me and refused to transfer the call to a manager and then acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and she then refused to provide me with the corporate office information. I called the local office. They didn't want to provide the information for corporate either but did when I reminded them they were obligated to. The information they gave me was incorrect. I then received more call and did receive voicemails. A manager said sorry I wasn't haply with their contract. I'm not happy with being lied to and trick into signing things. It's illegal and unethical. I want my account closed without charge. Attached are the text messages from ******.

      I don't have a way to prove the move. My trust attorney handles everything. As i told ******, I don't have an address to move to. My husabnd has been receivingmedical care since 2021 and hes finally well enough that we can go be with him. I also told him that I didn't want to sign because we were moving. He told me all I had was tell you guys. You guys ignored me and harassed me. Then, ****** tells me I need provide proof. We will be staying at: ****************************************************

      We had Eco Shield pest control in ****** a couple of years ago. It did not work and was a complete waste of money BUT we honored the year long contract they locked us into. At the end of the contract we called and talked to a man at the office and told him we wanted to cancel service now that the contract was up. He said O.K and everything would be taken care of and we were through. Several months went by and we heard nothing and assumed all was resolved. One day a eco Shield guy called and said he was coming and I told him we had canceled service and he said O.K and that was the end of it. A few months later same thing same results. Then nothing for about 6 months. All of the sudden we started getting phone calls saying we owed them ******************************************************** mind this is a YEAR later. We tried to resolve this on the phone but the lady would not listen and just kept repeating that we owed them money. This is absolutely fraud. I went to their ******** page and posted about it and literally the post below mine said the same thing so this is an ongoing problem with this office. We are not going to pay them anything because they are trying to collect money they are not owed. Who waits an entire year to try and collect a debt from someone ????
