    I decided to try a cold plunge barrel after hearing about the benefits of cold water immersion, so I found the Titan Plunge website and decided to buy the Titan Bravo, which seemed perfect for beginners. The results have been incredible!! Plunging on a daily basis has significantly improved my overall well-being. I feel so much better about everything: mood, energy levels, mental clarity, and so many other things. The customer service was also top-notch. Highly recommeded.

    WHAT A LIFESAVER!!! This moving team is INCREDIBLE! They showed up EARLY and got straight to work! EVERYTHING was wrapped, packed, and transported with GREAT CARE! Not a single piece of furniture was scratched or dented! They even helped me arrange my furniture exactly how I wanted it! If youre moving, THIS is the company you NEED!

    After a long search for the best cold plunge, I decided to go with the Titan Plunge. The Titan Bravo fit perfectly in my backyard. Cold plunging has become my daily ritual, helping me relax and feel like brand new. I highly recommend both the cold plunge tub and the customer service.

    Finding time for my wellness routine is challenging as a busy executive, but Titan Plunges portable ice bath has been a lifesaver. I can set it up quickly in my home office and enjoy a refreshing cold water plunge during breaks. The tub is compact yet effective, and it seems good quality. Highly recommend.

    The ice tub from Titan Plunge has been the best addition to my everyday routine. As a busy mom, I wake up early, and before I start getting my kids ready for school, I take a 5-minute cold plunge. Trust me, just five minutes is enough to ensure a stress-free day that lasts the entire day. The ice tub was the best gift my husband couldve given me.     We have a gym at home, and we recently bought this Titan Triumph cold plunge tub to complete our routine. The cold plunge tank is spacious enough for the room, and its simple to use. I highly recommend their cold plunge tubs for anyone looking to invest in their health!

    Titan Plunge's customer representative helped me over the phone to choose the right model for my needs and beginners like me. She was so nice and caring! Once I decided to buy it, it came right to my doorstep within 1 week or less I believe. Now I can see the benefits she spoke to me over the phone, I feel more relaxed, more full of energy, and ready to face the day since I use it in the mornings. I couldnt be happier, thanks Titan pLunge!

    I like the product, besides the tub slowly leaking within the first few weeks. However, when I contacted them about the leak they stated they would definitely send me a replacement tub, which was great! This was mid October. Now here is why I am writing this review. They said a new tub would be sent within 2 weeks, 4 weeks went by and I hear nothing so I reached out. She stated they would send me a tub out right away when I contacted them...a white one. I said, I do not have a white one, I have and want a black replacement, which is what I initially ordered. She stated they were out of black for a month, this was 6 weeks ago now. I said that's fine, I'll wait. I reached out again last week initiating contact (keep in mind I'm the customer that has their faulty leaking tub). I even spoke to a manager who told me "yes we will be sending one out right away".....a week goes by....nothing again from them or a tracking number? I reached out AGAIN and he tells me they need mine back before they can send a new one? Keep in mind the contact with the manager stated he was sending me one out asap and I could return mine once I got the new one, not return mine first and then we will send you one?! So now they are wanting to send me a black xl tub. This tub is much larger then the one I ordered and have in my garage. I said I don't want the XL as replacement, I want the exact one I ordered or do NOT sent it! Now they stated it will be 45 to 60 days before they have my tub in stock, not to mention I just got a text threatening me about not filing a cc claim against (which I never even said I would) them and that I am listed as hostile?!?! Really? This is unbelievable and so unprofessionally being handled I am just shaking my head in disbelief. I took it upon myself to find out who the owner of Titan Cold Plunge is and I have messaged him personally. Unreal.

    I purchased the Triumph Tank with chiller on 10/3. On 11/2, Id send an email with pictures showing the chiller is rusting. By 11/18, I had not heard a response, so I called and spoke to ******. I told him what was going on. I updated the pictures to show more rust within the week that I sent the last email. Their response was because its still working, they are not going to replace the rusting chiller that is sitting in the corner and its never been wet, rusting away. Its a good thing dealerships dont do this. Could you imagine buying a car a month later and it starts rusting and they say as long as it drives fine theyre not gonna fix it.
